Holiday rentals with a patio in Kota Samarahan

This place is really nice and comfortable. All the appliances are complete and in good condition. Love the balcony — it’s just right in front of the swimming pool, so relaxing! Location also very good, got mall and restaurants just downstairs, and it's in the city centre somemore. The host also very friendly and gave clear instructions, very responsive too. This is actually my first time writing a review on Airbnb because this stay really worth it lah. Highly recommended!

Leslie was quick to respond and very helpful in assisting us with finding parking for our three cars. The instructions provided were clear, and we had no trouble entering the house. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. However, it doesn't have a washing machine, so we had to find a nearby laundromat. Overall, we loved the location, and the price was very reasonable. Thank you, Leslie!

Great stay at Elinor’s. She is a great host. Even met us in 2 different groups! Place is very clean and comfortable. Walked to The Spring Mall everyday. Easy to get Grab to town. We hired the car for the day and very easy to use. Would definitely stay again!

The unit is spacious and the interior gives fancy and elegant vibes. Perfect for families (even with kids) since it’s not feeling stuffy at all. Overall satisfied.

We had a wonderful family gathering at Jasmine's Homestay. The kids had a blast playing in the pool, while the adults enjoyed a relaxing BBQ in the spacious compound. Jasmine was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our inquiries, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It's definitely a fantastic spot in Kuching for a memorable gathering or staycation

The host very friendly and helpful. All photos and facility as per description. With 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms very convenience for my family. All of us 7 adults and 3 kids have a good rest during our travel. The host are helpful and have good local knowledge by suggest a nice restaurant.

Tan's place is a magnificent property, private/ quite neighborhood with all tools available inside for use. Everything works very well. There are lots of eateries, mall, groceries shopping within 5 mins drive. 1 room on the GF provide easy access to elders while 3 rooms on 2nd floor allow younger occupants to sleep peacefully.

The stay is very suitable and comfortable for family travel or group travel.

Stay here for 4days 3nights. Comfort place to stay. Especially for a big group. The amenities are well prepaid. Cleanliness is A+. This condo is literally above the biggest mall there I think. So it’s hassle free to find, or if you have limited time to do last minute shop. As for the host, Edison is really helpful. Check in was smooth with all the proper guide. Very responsive to any doubt you have. (Apologize to you Edison, for panicking about the water heater earlier. Turns out, It just need a little time. Hihi) My only rant about this place (not really related to the host) is the vivacity mall is very strict for grab pickup and drop off. You have to be fast. On any of entrance. Event in front of suite lobby also cannot be aboard. Thank you for the tip top hospitality!

The place is pretty new and clean, making it a comfortable and pleasant stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. One of the best parts is the convenience—there are food stalls and restaurants just below, so finding a meal was never a problem.
