The cottage has a nice large terrace (grill, cauldron). In the new building there is a large living room connected to the kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). Downstairs, there is a bedroom and a bathroom connected to the toilet. Upstairs there is a toilet and two large bedrooms (both bedrooms have a balcony). The total capacity is 9 beds. Heating is provided by a fireplace and infrared panels in each room. The environment in which the cottage is situated is ideal for relaxation, tranquility and long walks.

Byt sa nachádza priamo v centre mesta. K dispozícii je veľká posteľ s rozmermi 2 × 2 metre a možnosť prespania aj v obývačke pre ďalšie 2 osoby. Súčasťou bytu je aj infra sauna, ktorú môžete počas pobytu využívať. V cene ubytovania je zahrnutý aj dovoz a odvoz autom Tesla S. V apríli 2026 som dal v byte nainštalovať druhú klimatizačnú jednotku. Zároveň bola pôvodná klimatizácia v obývačke (približne 2 roky stará) profesionálne vyčistená ultrazvukom, takže obe klimatizácie sú vo výbornom stave.
