Great place to stay, easy to get to and very comfortable

We (2 adults & 2 kids) had a lovely time in San Pietro. We are very familiar with the region but this place was a hidden gem. Perfect for strolls along river Natisone, close to Cividale, very calm and tidy. Lovely house with everything you need, very welcoming hosts. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay at Sonja's house. The location is great to explore the area and it was great to come back "home" after a day out to enjoy the comfort of home. We have been traveling with a toddler and it was a great place for home to run around.

It’s a great location, walking distance from the city center. I would recommend it as Tea is very reactive and helpful in her communication as well.

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

If you're looking to isolate yourself a few days from the top of a small peaceful village bordered by mountains and vineyards, Villa irena is for you! Satisfaction and rest guaranteed!

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at the villa and felt very comfortable! Tina was easily accessible from the beginning and has taken care of our well-being. Unfortunately, there was a construction site on the access road during our stay - yet it was possible to reach the accommodation on foot and Tina always tried to find suitable solutions for us. Overall a recommended home and a consistently good host!

Our time at Ana‘s was great! The house is in a fantastic location in the Slovenian vineyards. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped. Ana is an incredibly nice hostess and looked after us warmly. The location of the house is ideal for day trips to Trieste, Ljubljana and Venice. Huge recommendation for families or small groups!
