The plot on which the cottage stands is about 500 m2 and is fenced. In addition, on the large wooden terrace we have a Jacuzzi and a sauna for the guests of the cottage only. Our cottage is open all year round, it has heating and a stove. 150m to Lake Sudomie.

The cottage is situated on a fenced 2600 sqm plot with a fruit orchard, surrounded by forest, with a recreational field, playground, fire pit, near the Trzebiochy river and Żołnowo lake. The attractive location is conducive to hiking and cycling, fishing and water sports - boat for free.

Upstairs, there are 2 small bedrooms (the first has 2 single beds, the second has 1 double bed and 1 single bed). In case of cold - the cottage can be heated with a "goat" located in the living room:)

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace for cooler evenings. Guests have access to a hot tub with a Jacuzzi, a pond and barbecue area, and a fire pit. For children, there is a trampoline, sandpit and toys. The area is fenced and closed. Parking is available on the plot next to the cottage.

The house is fully equipped, in addition to fireplaces it has central heating (radiators in bathrooms and bedrooms and underfloor heating). Beautiful views, a nearby forest and the proximity of lakes will make you feel very good here.

We offer accommodation for up to 14 people, we invite private individuals and organized groups to organize workshops, trainings, integration meetings and also occasional events. Families with children and pets are welcome. The village is located in the middle of the forest (Tuchola Forest) - an ideal place for walks and bike trips.

Our cottage is located on a meadow in the valley of the Mała Wierzyca River, near Lake Zagnanie. We have cottages about 30 m apart, the area is not fenced. We invite you to use our bicycles (there are great bike trails around) or boats with oars. We have a small farm with animals: sheep, goats and a donkey. With us you can experience real country life, and feeding and milking the animals together is a great attraction!
