There is a 40 m2 covered camellia, a 25 m2 open camellia, and there is a fireplace barbecue and fire pit in the camellias. There is a French fireplace in the living room of the house. 2 double beds, 2 single beds and two people can stay very comfortably on the L-shaped sofa in the living room. Our pool is ecological. Our bungalow house is in the heart of the forest, at the point where the residential area, which is 5 km from the center of Ağva, meets the forest. The property is easy to access. It offers you a comfortable accommodation in nature with the breeze of oak, chestnut and linden trees, the smell of the forest, the sounds of birds and a unique view. It is 90 km from the center of Istanbul and 25 km from Şile, where you can escape from the busy life of the city and reach a unique and relaxing environment.

Our house consists of two villas side by side; it has two floors, an open kitchen, living area, kitchenette, toilet/bathroom and veranda (the veranda can also be used as a winter garden) on the lower floor, and a terrace, large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms on the upper floor. All operators are available. We would love to welcome you in a peaceful environment with your family or friends, where you can walk in the enchanting atmosphere of nature, barbecue on your own 5-acre land.
