During my three nights here, I had an amazing experience. The flat was completely occupied, spotless and functional, with all the appliances in the kitchen and other areas functioning properly.

This was an incredible place to spend a week! It is within walking distance of the beautiful views of Sidi Bou Said, the beach, and a short taxi away from everything else. The apartment is beautiful and Farah was extremely helpful and kind in answering our questions. There is also a delicious pastry shop and coffee shop right out the front door. Would definitely stay here again!

stayed here for 5 nights and was a great experience. Nice, clean modern place in a quiet area. The apartment had all the amenities. Wissem was very helpful and allowed us to leave bags behind as we had a late flight. Overall a good experience.

I had a wonderful time at Mariems apartment. The flat is cozy, well equipped and you have a spectacular view for sunsets. The apartment is in walking distance to the beach (18 minutes walk). Mariem was always very kind and helpful when I had some questions. Communication was fast and easy. I can highly recommend this place.

When you enter the apartment, everything is perfect. A place with a lot of intimacy and all the services are very good. The rooms and bathrooms are great. Super powerful Wi-Fi and new air conditioning The only major drawback is that it is a third floor without a lift. Well, if you come loaded, it's hard to climb. But when you get there, you're in heaven. Highly recommended. Very quiet neighborhood.

I had a great stay. The House is well decorated and has a lot of amenities. The location is perfect and directly at the beach. The Internet Speed is 12Mbit down and 1 Mbit up. The interior is good, but don't expect german standards. For an AirBnb in Tunis I think its an 5/5 stars and i can recommend the apartment without doubt.

A perfect stay in Sidi Bou Saïd! The welcome was impeccable: clear instructions, fluid communication, great responsiveness. A big thank you to Mohamed and Seif for their kindness and availability throughout our stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and faithful to the listing, with a small detail that was very appreciated: water available on arrival (a real plus when arriving in a new city). I treasure this address and recommend it with great pleasure. A safe bet if you pass through Sidi Bou Saïd!

It's a shame you only exchanged by message. We regretted the lack of an electric kettle and tea towels. We reported it but were unsuccessful. Each room is missing at least one chair . Otherwise it was very good.

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

we had a great stay the mall is just opposite the resistance no need for a car to eat or shop. Every time I go down to Tunis I drop off my suitcases there, I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Lovely spacious and very modern apartment, I had a lovely stay here for two weeks with my husband and two children . Close to beach , shops and restaurants . Lyed is a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He was very helpful and always responded to messages Thank you for everything Lyed to you and your family !
