The apartment is exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything was very clean. The view from the terrace is incredible. Vesna welcomed us and helped us bring the luggage to the apartment. However, you should be able to climb stairs well, because the path from the apartment to the car park has about 90 steps. Thank you for the great time🙂

Very good stay with Kristina. Apartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful companion house a few minutes drive from entrance 1 of the Plitvice Lakes. The apartment is very true to photos and description. We and our kids enjoyed our stay very well. We highly recommend this listing!

My parents, my brother and I had a wonderful stay of 3 nights at Erika's apartment. Erika's lovely mother warmly welcomed us and was always available for advice. The apartment is beautiful and cosy, very clean and comfortable. The location is superb, right in the quiet nature and very close to the entrance of the national park. I highly recommend Erika's apartment!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. We especially loved the minimalistic design—clean lines, calming tones, and a clutter-free vibe that made the space feel extra peaceful. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and quick. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with great taste in design!

Beautiful accommodation, modernly decorated and equipped with everything you need for complete comfort. Perfect for escaping and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and noise. Peace, quiet and privacy - a small paradise just for you. The hosts were kind and communicative, everything was excellently organized.

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt... Usually, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

Wonderful accommodation, very cozy on a particularly cold day and so comfortable in a rural setting. The driveway was quite steep and on gravel. Our hire car didn't handle it so well on the steep incline at the top of the driveway to turn right. This was our only negative finding.

We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

Such a beautiful place to stay, wishing we could have stayed more nights! We arrived to fresh fruit and drinks in the fridge ☺️! The house is pristine and beautiful with comfortable beds and soft towels!! Beautiful views to enjoy outside on the comfortable lay back chairs. Only half hour drive from Plitvice so perfect little spot! Would absolutely recommend!

A very nice place, quiet location and a nice view. Restaurant and shops can be found about 1 km from the apartment. We stayed there for 2 nights and were very satisfied.

Gerda was very kind, and communication was absolutely smooth. The apartment was very cozy, clean, and perfectly located close to the lake. Even though we unexpectedly had to shorten our stay by one day, Gerda was very accommodating without any issues. I definitely recommend her as a host!

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

I'm writing to say that I stayed at Ana's apartment and had a great stay, clean and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone. Quiet, family-friendly location.

A beautiful clean apartment for two people in a very quiet location close to the lake, bus stop/station and all the attractions. Great to have the little extras which made the stay so easy such as a dishwasher, clothes airer, coffee machine and microwave. Also things such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and plenty of toilet roll! The bedding and towels were immaculate and the bed very comfortable. The apartment is totally quiet at night just up the main street from the lake, but close to great restaurants, supermarkets and a great bakery. Go right on the main road, then left for the bigger supermarkets. We had such a lovely and very comfortable stay. Thank you to our hosts for the beer and apple juice left in the fridge ready for our arrival. Very welcomed after a long journey. We really couldn't fault this accommodation! Perfect!

A beautiful four-room apartment with a large living room in the middle of a remote, well-kept residential area. The crickets chirp, the birds chirp and otherwise there is absolute silence except for a couple of dogs. The nice young man speaks English, the mother can be reached via the AirBnB app. All the windows have shutters. The kitchen is well-equipped. They even provide tea, coffee, vinegar and oil there. There is nothing wrong. The apartment, bathroom and kitchen are clean, the communication caring and friendly. One of the best apartments I've been to so far. However, you probably need a car to get there.

The hosts are very accommodating. We stayed only 3 nights but they made time for us to go meet them and also their fur babies. They put in so much thought into almost everything and we re truly impressed. Lovely people to talk to also. Felt like I ve met them before and hope to stay at their Airbnb again later in the year. Would definitely recommend if people like animals, homely atmosphere and peaceful stays.
