Bernie's is a super comfortable home base for friends, family, and pets to relax after a day outside. A totally unique setting: stay inside the living quarters of a historic church! Completely renovated with much care to preserve the features that give the space great character and authenticity. This suite has 3 separate bedrooms, a generous living space, dining area, private laundry and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of room for you to come together after an adventurous day in the Kootenays!

Hotel Midway - Queen Room 1

Our Little heritage hotel, est. 1900, was known even then as the Hotel Midway, and casually as Thomet's Hotel. Charles Thomet was our original owner, and was shot by bandits in the bar room in 1908. We are in the process of restoring this beautiful building, and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! Located halfway between Osoyoos and Grand Forks, Hotel Midway is located on the Kettle River, and is surrounded by hiking and biking. Bookings can also be made through our website.
