Within Carrington, this home is conveniently situated just 300m to shops, cafes, restaurants and with a great pub, 'The Criterion,' situated next door. The area is very child friendly with a park one street back, including a children's playground, picnic tables and an electric BBQ.

This newly renovated unit boasts unobstructed views across Newcastle’s working harbor and the beautiful Ballast grounds. Home built in 1912 with many original details remaining. High ceilings, wood fire stove and east facing sunroom perfect for a morning coffee. There is a fully detached space at the rear of the property. The person using this space and sharing the deck as a common area is quiet, loves animals, and uses the deck area for access to the garage. They have no access to the main house. They will know about your stay, and will be looking forward to saying hi. The deck is fenced and animal friendly.
