We would like to thank Ms. Filiz, the mother of the host Ms. Begum, who manages the house, for the place I stayed in on June 06-09. She took care of us as if we were her own relatives during our stay. The house is magnificent, the pool is magnificent, I felt like I was in a hotel. Everything is as it appears in the photos. When we entered the house, it was clean and smelled of perfume, the beds and sheets were clean and tidy enough. Communication with Metin was easy, he responded quickly, and he was very helpful in finding the house. The location of the house is very close to the bazaar, you can easily reach the markets and restaurants you want to walk to, I have no idea how close it is to the beach because we went to other beaches by car. Metin's house has all the facilities to cook, our only problem is that when we come home in the evening, the Karafatma family was celebrating the feast among themselves :) Metin brother, if you solve that problem, the house is great... And it said the pool check-in and check-out times, but the pool wasn't open yet

Mr. Genco was an understanding person and they were very helpful at the entrance to the house. The house was just like the pictures. It was a stay that felt like my own home. I just couldn't quite set the shower, but the room wasn't an important detail. It was one of the houses I would definitely prefer when I came to Mersin again, thank you very much.

The beach, side ancient city are very close distances. The house also had household supplies and items to meet all our needs. Beautiful location, great sand beach, beautiful well-maintained complex. You go to the sea among the olive and pomegranate trees and come. The place we stayed was in the most tranquil and most detached place on the site, it was very fun to spend time on the huge patio and to set up a table. In fact, if you want, it has a very suitable area for barbecue and brewing tea in the samovar. Most importantly, Mr. Soner came to us in five minutes when we needed him and took care of your problem. Very understanding and helpful Mr. Soner was a very nice host. Thanks to her, our vacation went very well.

You just had to walk a little. We usually went to the beach by car. The pool of the site was clean and not crowded.

Nice accomodation in quite locality close to shopping opportunities

It was close to food places in the ancient city of Side, the view of the upper floor was very good, I had a very nice experience, if I go to the sidey again, the only place I will stay

The place was 10/10. Very clean, comfortable and fresh. There were problems connecting the phone to the tv, but apart from that everything was perfect. It was very reassuring to have a host like Mert. A very kind, welcoming and responsible person. Definitely recommended!
