U dvorištu se nalazi bazen s plitkim dijelom za djecu, idealan za bezbrižno uživanje svih generacija. Oko bazena se nalazi prostor za sunčanje s ležaljkama, vrt, voćnjak, dječje igralište s ljuljačkama, toboganom, dječjom kućicom, stolni tenis, potpuno opremljena ljetna kuća s kaminom. Vila ima ukupno četiri spavaće sobe i tri kupaonice.
