My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Podkrovie so zachovanými trámami poskytuje pokoj a relax po ceste alebo výlete. Hostia oceňujú jedinečný charakter miesta, ktorý sa nedá nájsť v bežných hoteloch a penzionoch. The haaziko lodge is located by the forest at the Pilis mountains in a relaxed and peaceful environment. It can be reached from Budapest in an hour. We recommend the haaziko experience to the ones who like to spend time in the nature and want to listen to birds singing in the morning. Our lodge is ready to welcome it's first guest from May 2022 onwards. The lodge has an 80 square meter terrace where you can enjoy the view and the sun or take a sneak peak to the squirrels jumping between trees.

Légkondicionálóval ellátott, kényelmes, praktikus kis lakás. A lakáshoz tartozó hangulatos kertben jól eshet a reggeli kávé, étkezés. A Bazilika és a városközpont néhány perces sétával elérhető. Száz méterre folyik a Duna, amely mentén a városközpontig és a Szlovákiába vezető hídig bicikliút, sétány vezet. A hídon átsétálhatunk Párkány főterére, egy jó szlovák csapolt sörre. Az apartman előtt ingyenes a parkolás. Bicikliseknek előny, hogy a zárt kertben biztonságosan elhelyezhetik a kerékpárt.

A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.
