The former day labourer cat was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered structure, the bricks preserved for the most part and its thatched roof. Ideally the house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 additional persons in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

Discover the cottage "Süsterhüs" in Kölpinsee, a 95 sqm large, modern terraced house with open kitchen, living area and southwest terrace and private parking. It offers two bedrooms with box spring beds, two bathrooms with rain showers and is located just 750 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the train station. Ideal for trips to Usedom by cable car. Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.

Our private apartment has a bedroom, living room with open kitchen, balcony and internal bathroom with shower tub. In the house complex there is a swimming pool, sauna, small gym and laundry room available free of charge. A private parking space as well as bicycle parking spaces can also be used. The quiet beach is about 200 away. The tourist tax will be charged separately in advance.
