Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. Situated in the heart of Santa Barbara, it used to be the Central Point of the village. Called "Osteria Ex Maria", it was the local Tavern run by our Family for decades since the early '900s. It took almost a decade of extensive and elaborate restoration process to have it back to be enjoyed as a peaceful and enjoyable location. We kept the flavor of the past with the addition of modern and efficient solutions. The result is an ambiance that offers super cozy and relaxing feeling.
