Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cosy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic centre of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated, with a focus on detail, comfort and functionality. The standout feature of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, which guarantees perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while they're away.

Apartmán - Rezidence Pod Shumavou

Put your feet on the table and relax in this quiet, stylish space. We offer a cozy studio apartment with a balcony in the new Pod Šumavou Residence. Parking by the house. The city of Klatovy, known as the "Gate of the Bohemian Forest", is a great starting point for tourists – it offers many trails for walks and hikes. Nearby Šumava provides great conditions for cross-country skiing, downhill skiing and ski tours. Železná Ruda, a ski resort, is only 35 km away. A short walk from the apartment is a bike path and a ski, cross-country and snowboard rental.

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Tiny House Bizingroff - peace, nature and design in one place. Looking for a place to slow down for a while? Our Tiny House is a cozy, modern house in nature, surrounded by forests and ponds. You can expect a minimalist but thoughtful interior and private wellness in the form of a hot tub and sauna (sauna is not included in the price). The cottage is for everyone who loves peace, nature and wants to enjoy more than just sleeping. It's an experience where you slow down, recharge your batteries and take home memories that you won't forget.

Small House & Sauna with a View / 30 minutes from Prague

Enjoy your stay in a small, modern house with a breathtaking view of the rocky valley of the Vltava River, located in a forest on a rock, directly above St. Kilian's Island, where one of the first male monasteries in the Czech lands was founded in 999. Sauna and outdoor hot tub available. There is a dedicated parking space, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk downhill along the footpath. You can go on many trips in the surrounding area - the Máj lookout, Pikovická jehla, the Slapy reservoir or just a simple walk in the local forest.

Bavarian Forest Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Waterfall & Sauna Cottage Escape – 30min Prague

Escape to a tastefully renovated historical cabin. Warm up in the wood-fired sauna, then cool off in a natural pond. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall, forest, and nature all around. Relax by the window with a crackling fire. Luxury comforts include a Bowers & Wilkins sound system, a fully equipped kitchen upcycled from old wooden doors, and a bathroom with heated floors and a rain shower. Perfect for a romantic stay or remote work with a pull-out Dell monitor. Just 30 minutes from Prague.

Treehouse

Stay in a tiny cabin deep in the forest, in complete seclusion — one that earned a second chance. Like most of what's inside: reclaimed objects rescued from the scrap heap. The interior draws on the legendary freedom and wildness of the surrounding nature, right where the first tramping settlements took shape, just minutes from Prague. It's ideal for anyone who wants to stay in touch with nature at every turn: over breakfast, while cooking, in the bath, or as they drift off to sleep.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to relax and feel at ease, with space for 2–6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

2026 Newly built stylish bungalow for up to 6 people in a quiet location with a magnificent view of the Brotjacklriegl. Perfect for relaxing in nature. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The highlight is the heated saltwater pool (32°C). A sauna can be used for an additional fee. Hiking trails start right at your doorstep – ideal for nature and active holidays.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In 2022, our dream was born and in 2024 it became a reality. My wife and I built a log cabin. With my own help and my own hands. We have opened a new log house for you, which, while retaining the traditional style of a log house, is very modernly equipped. It is designed for guests who want to spend a quiet holiday near Pilsen in a picturesque landscape under the ruins of Radyně Castle.
