The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Welcome to a lovely two-story villa apartment in Strøby Egede. An external staircase leads you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m² on the 2nd floor and 21 m² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a bit steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. Ceiling height on the 3th floor is 185-200 cm.

In old Skanör, there is this guest house that was a stable more than 100 years ago. Now there are two bedrooms with four beds, a living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a private seating area with barbecue grill. A washing machine and dryer is available. Sheets, towels and a crib can be rented. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, an ICA store, gym, bus to Malmö, library and the harbor with even more restaurants and above all the fantastic sandy beach.
