This studio flat is located directly overlooking Gordon's bay. There are no cars or streets, just the coastal walking path. The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

St George Public/ Private Hospital are within walking distance and Sydney Airport close by. The space has Aircon, ceiling fan plus a separate private entrance/foyer for maximum privacy. It's a small studio, but not an entire house. Access is via lockbox. Perfect spot for guests with a view to accommodating every need.
