This place is home in paradise. From the cleanliness, systematic checkin in checkout procedures to the hosts availability to help out is just commendable. The view from the stay? Oh boy! It’s to die for! I would recommend this Airbnb a 120%.

Great host - very responsive. We stayed one night so couldn't make use of the facilities. Local food options was a challenge for us as there was a festival and so I believe a lot of restaurants were closed/Uber eats kept cancelling our orders. Apartment was nice, lovely kitchen/communal space. Bathrooms could do with an update and there is no shampoo/conditioner so bring your own. Overall worth what we paid for

I stayed in few places during my visit to Sri Lanka and this was the best place out of all 3. The apartment was really beautiful and luxurious. Had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and a beautiful infinity pool. Staff were friendly and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back here

The apartment of Prad is a wonderful place with the most stunning view on the lotus tower you can imagine. Additionally, the free to use roof top pool is an outstanding experience. An another good point is that a supermarket is right infront of the door. Prad was always available and a great host. Next time in Colombo, we will definitely book again. Thank you so much Prad!

This was a serene stay in a beautiful villa all to ourselves. Nilanthi was always responsive. Her cousin, Samantha, is the caretaker. Samantha is also an excellent chef and we ordered meals through him. They were excellent. Samantha was also always contactable and helpful. The villa is a short walk to the beach where we swam and enjoyed the sunset.

Sarah’s place was our last stop on a 10-day journey and it was the perfect way to end our holiday, by the beach, in a charming home with plenty of comforts and proximity to all the Negombo restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and we recommend as a minimum stay to truly appreciate the place, the swimming pool and the beautiful sunsets over the Indian Ocean. The host was very helpful and sent detailed instructions on how to find the place and we also appreciated Nimanthi’s help who was always close by. We recommend this stay and we would be happy to return for another restful beachfront holiday at the Sandcastle.

We (Sebastian and Anna with our three kids (2,4,6)) had a fantastic stay at Westwinds. It was the beginning of our three weeks Sri Lanka trip and a really good starting point. Although we arrived early in the morning (4:30am) it was no problem to check in. Nimanthi was already waiting for us and gave us a perfect introduction. During the days we had a couple of delicious breakfasts and dinners prepared by Nimanthi and her mum. The pool (we had to pay for but it was worth 100%) was a perfect place to cool down. Nimanthi was all the time available for us and arranged us a Tuk Tuk when needed and gave us tips for our stay in Sri Lanka. The kids could feel free to play everywhere. We were at Westwinds during the monsun, so there were no chance swimming at the sea. It‘s really too dangerous because of the waves. But we loved the all-day-wind and taking a walk at the beach. We can highly recommended this house and would definitely come back when being again in Sri Lanka.

Mr. Kalinga property was one of the best deal I ever had in Airbnb. Entire property is awesome with quiet neighbor. Negombo beach and market is not much far from this place and can be easily accessed by Tuk Tuk through pickme app. Property is exactly same as what described. Kitchen and bathroom are perfectly clean as described in pictures. You can find all cooking utensils, fridge and gas to cook your own meal. There are big and small grocery shops at walking distance for daily needs. Wifi speed is very good without any issue. All items are new as this property is recently build. Mr. Kalinga is a very kind hearted person who takes good care of guests. Appreciate his kind hospitality and would highly recommend to go ahead with his property.

The place is absolutely beautiful, just as pictured. The sea is only a few steps from the house, and while it feels wonderfully private, it’s still ideally located—just an 8-minute tuk-tuk ride from the heart of town. It’s the perfect spot to stay in Negombo: peaceful, untouched by mass tourism, and embraced by a warm, welcoming local community. Along the road, you’ll find delicious street food prepared by neighbors, and the lively fish market is just minutes away. Prashant and his family are exceptional hosts. I couldn’t be more grateful to have discovered this gem. I’m already looking forward to coming back. It’s also a great choice for longer stays, thanks to how comfortable and homely it feels!

The place matched the exact description. the view was amazing. sleeping to the waves crashing just below the building is another level. the infinity pool and gym was beautiful. Joseph was kind and friendly. responsive host that had the house well setup for us. comfortable stay for 3.

Friendly and Responsive Host! I always received a responsive back quickly whenever I had an inquiry. Check in and check out was extremely easy with clear instructions. Had a great and relaxed time at this wonderful clean apartment. The area is nice and quiet and the Apartment is safe with a gate and 24/7 security. Gym is wonderful with new equipment + very clean building. There are restaurants close by and Uber available :)

Vi skulle bruge lejligheden til overnatning inden hjemrejse. Hvilket den var rigtig fin til. Dejlig beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavnen, vores husvært var behjælpelig med at arrangere taxa. Smuk udsigt, gode spisesteder i nærheden.

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely space with gorgeous private gardens. I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy it during the day! Perfect spot close to the airport and cafes, took me 20 mins by tuktuk. Little apartment was perfect and clean, I will be back! Thank you

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.

Ahmed and Shaira were very helpful and accomodating. The place was lovely, the view from the rooftop pool is awesome, and the place is in a fantastic location. Security was also top notch.
