very cozy, clean and good house for family as well as for friendship. if you want to make yourself at home and stay in all the comforts of home, we recommend this apartment. The house has a yard where you can put your car, which is very comfortable. As for the landlord, it's very warm and attentive, always ready to help. Очень уютный, чистый и хороший дом, как для семьи, так и для друзей. Если вы хотите чувствовать себя как дома и иметь все удобства, я определенно рекоменено рекомендую эту эту квартиру. У дома есть двор, где вы можете припарковать свою машину, что очень удобно. Что касается хозяина, он очень теплый и внимательный, всегда готов вам помочь. Very cozy, clean and nice house, both for family and friends. If you want to feel at home and have all the amenities, I definitely recommend this apartment. The house has a yard where you can park your car, which is very convenient. As for the owner, he is very warm and attentive, always ready to help you.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

very nice modern place. kitchen has everything you might need, even a nutcracker. water pressure in the shower is good. there are a lot of supermarkets , fruit markets and cafes, thrift stores + tobacco shop nearby. thank to Giorgi for assisting us with late check in.

Thank you very much to Sophia, her mother and her father. I did not meet Sophia, but her parents are wonderful. Her mother brought us coffee, baklava and chocolate. As a kind of hospitality, the cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We had two days in their quiet cottage, one of the most beautiful days of our lives. 🌹 Those who are looking for tranquility will find it. They are interested in the most authentic details and the cottage decorations are very beautiful. Sophia's mother is wonderful. She was always smiling. Thank you. We really enjoyed spending a few days in this apartment! We sent and woke up to the sound of waves. The place is quiet,but at the same time within walking distance there are shops,pharmacies,restaurants with live music. The sea is three minutes away and the window has a wonderful view. The apartment itself has everything you need for cooking, a good washing machine and an iron. We managed to use all of this. Spacious shower, lots of towels. The bedroom has a very soft mattress, it can be a plus for someone,and someone is a disadvantage. In general, we had a great stay☺️ Thank you!

My stay in this beautiful house was outstanding. The property overlooks a perfect panorama, and every evening we enjoyed spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. Inside, the three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—far above typical Airbnb standards—so cooking felt effortless. Best of all, our host was a delight: warm, communicative, and incredibly flexible. She even accommodated a late check‑out and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. I would happily return to this home and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, worry‑free stay.

It's a very cool and aesthetic guesthouse. We were unlucky with the weather (only cold water, AC located upstairs), but could be perfect for a longer stay in summer. We couldn't lock the doors, but the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, appreciated the parking space. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There's also a small shop nearby for groceries.

Tamar’s place felt like home because there was everything you could think of at hand, it felt like there actually lives a host who takes care of everything. Tamar also was very flexible regarding checking in & out which was a life saver considering our bus schedules. The place has minimalistic and modern vibe, is very comfortable and the location is great: right on the beach. You can even watch the sunsets from balcony☺️
