Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ko Yao District

Excellent. Me and my wife felt like home. Place is very close to old town and bus terminal 1. Ouss is very helpful . This is our first stay in any Airbnb property and we decided to further book with Airbnb next time , thanks to Ouss and her wonderful place.

We stayed at this place for 7 nights with our 2 yo daughter. We loved the location, facilities and the host. The condo is located in the marina. We really liked the location as it was quite close to everything. The nearest supermarket holds a good selection of international items and The central festival is also only 15 mins away by car. The condo is spacious, well equipped and safe. We were happy to have a fully equipped kitchen to cook for our daughter. The swimming pool was very clean and always not crowded, we spent a lot of time there. It was also very nice that the car parking is located underground which kept the car away from the sun and heat. The parking is connected to the condo by the direct elevator and it was very convenient and felt safe. The host was very attentive and was always quick to respond to any questions we had during the stay.

Pristine place, good peaceful location near the old town and well, Art is just the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered. Very proactive, patient, incredibly helpful and such a fun and interesting person to talk to. You have great hosts and then you have Art, who goes above and beyond to make his guest feel as welcome and cared for as much as is humanly possible. 10/10 would recommend

Alles super! Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage am Strand ist toll und die Umgebung ist ruhig, bietet jedoch genügend Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Toll sind auch das kostenlose Kayak und das Standspielzeug, welches zum Haus gehört. Wir können die Unterkunft bedingungslos weiterempfehlen!

If you're looking for a more homey feel, this is the place. Good view and very clean. Has everything if you want to stay indoor and cook. More comfortable for two people as the couch is not comfortable for the third person. Not a bad area, 20-30 minute walk if you want to go somewhere lively for food. Beaches are far (40 minute drive) and can be expensive by car.

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature, this is the best option for its price. The view from the window will delight you with stunning mountains and lush greenery. At night, you can relax on the balcony to the soothing sounds of cicadas, enjoying the mystical scenery softly illuminated by streetlights. The host is excellent and attentive, providing helpful recommendations for delivery services and taxis.

As someone who’s not into the party scene, Phuket Old Town is always my go-to—and this apartment was absolutely perfect for my trip, especially since I was traveling with my mom. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Its location is excellent—just 5–10 minutes away from many of the famous and Michelin-recommended restaurants in Old Town. The host truly stood out—he kindly allowed me to check in early and was incredibly helpful, sharing great local tips on where to eat and what to explore. He’s very knowledgeable and responsive, making communication smooth and effortless. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you need anything during your stay.

Lin und Nick, waren sehr hilfsbereit , freundlich und alles verlief super unkompliziert . Regelmäßige Kontakt mit Nachfragen ob alles in Ordnung ist . Es was sogar für ausreichend Trinkwasser gesorgt . Das Apartment war gut und sauber eingerichtet . Es gibt vieles zu sehen in Phuket und einiges in direkte Umgebung . Rundum zufrieden . Хозяйка дома очень внимательная и гостеприимная. Отличное расположение дома с собственной парковкой и приветной территорией. Дом очень чистый, все было без нареканий, все работало. Кухня большая и снабжена всем необходимым. Все комнаты были просто огромными и ещё раз повторюсь, чистыми. Для нас локация была очень хорошая, мы были на машине, рядом есть большой торговый центр и прямая дорога на все важные для нас локации. Очень рады, что посетили дом Ли, мы ей очень благодарны.

La maison est très bien équipée et est très bien située au milieu de l’île, surtout si vous cherchez la proximité des écoles internationales. La maison est globalement très propre même si quelques rénovations sont encore nécessaires. La cuisine est correcte mais mériterait également quelques petits travaux pour être parfaite. L’hôte est tres réactif en cas de problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison.

The car option is a great idea as the villa is located in the mountains. The location is especially charming and comfortable. The air is amazing. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a great spacious private yard with a swimming pool. Manager Sati is incredibly responsible and responsive. La villa è bellissima, di nuova costruzione e dotata di ogni comfort. Ogni stanza ha il suo bagno privato e gli spazi comuni sono molto ampi. Gli host sono super reattivi e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Molto consigliata.

Amazing place to be with your friends and family. The place is spacious and such a serene view to look at. Very clean and Alex was so nice and helped us with all our travel. Location was pretty good, Ao Nang beach and all necessities were available within a 20 minute radius. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed till now. Highly recommend if you are looking for a stay in Krabi.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Even though there wasn’t much around the area, the apartment itself was wonderful, very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The terrace was especially peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!

Kwan Was the best host ever. she addressed all of my needs promptly and assisted when I was pickpocketed for my telephone and had no means of communication. I had to cut my trip short by 2 weeks and she was nice enough to take me to the airport and help out in every way imaginable. I recommend anyone going to Phuket to stay at Kwan's place, Laticia Mansions. I went to bed looking at the mountains and woke up looking at the mountains and I had an opportunity to experience the true Thai culture. lots of restaurants and 7-Elevens and shopping near her place.

Everything was wonderful

The place is much better than the pictures allude to. And the view was quite remarkable. The area had a great number of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great place for traveling as a group, we really lucked out with it being available! Amazing views from the balcony and tons of places to eat around an amazing beach less than 3 min walk away. Great stay all around!

Thomas provided outstanding service. The home was beautiful, within walking distance to the beach, and when we had an issue with the TV late at night, Thomas messaged me first thing in the morning. By 7:35 a.m., we had a new TV. He had clear communication, replied quickly, and even provided transportation to the airport for a small fee. Highly recommended
