If you are looking for a small cozy room not far from Old Town it is a great option. Everything was very comfortable and it's pretty quiet during the night.

Хозяин невероятно дружелюбный 😍 у нас остались положительные воспоминания о прибывании тут. расположение кондо нам понравилось, очень удобно, рядом много кафе, магазинов, лавок. Квартира невероятно светлая, свежая, приятно находится. Ванная чистая, все работало без нареканий. WiFi, телевизор, стиральная машина - отлично. Единственное, действительно чувствовался странный запах от мебели. В кондо есть тренажерный зал, бассейн, прачечная и автомат с водой, что невероятно удобно. В середине нашего прибывания у нас была потрясающая уборка 👍 нам очень понравилось и будем рады вернуться, спасибо Nitikarn!

We stayed at the Phuket Avenue Condominium apartment for 7 nights. It was an excellent base to explore the south of the Island. The apartment is located on the fringe of the old town, takes 10 minutes to walk into old town. The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean. There was everything that we needed for our stay including the washing machine. Beds were comfortable and bed and bath linen were clean and comfortable. The Wifi was excellent. We didn’t use the pool area. Communication with Onusa was excellent and checkin/out was seamless. With regards to location of the apartment it’s a 5 minute walk to the Phuket Indy night market and to Tops daily Limelight Phuket Supermarket. We took the Food Tour with Viator and we’d highly recommend. We ate in some incredible restaurants including One Chun Cafe & Restaurant, 128 Bistro & Cafe, Lock Tien - Phuket local food center. We explored Phi Phi islands and James Bond Island with Viator. Recommended a hike up Monkey Hill!

Чистая и уютная квартира, нам все очень понравилось, просторная, есть стиральная машина. Хозяин быстро отвечал на вопросы, помогли с заселением. Из минусов-нам не понравились только полотенце, сначала подумала что это плед, а не полотенце. И можно добавить еще полотенце для рук, были только для тела два больших.

I had an amazing experience staying at Phyll Phuket Condo! The apartment was exactly as described in the photos super clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to Peter, the host, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He even arranged a late check-out, which made my departure much more convenient. His hospitality truly enhanced the experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and hassle-free stay in Phuket, I highly recommend this place! Would definitely book again.

It was great to stay with Ruddy, we had our own bedroom above the restaurant with a massive double bed. Everything was super clean on arrival and it felt very luxurious. He gave great recommendations of things to do in Phuket and on the nearby islands. The room is very larger and the pictures don't quite to that justice! The bed was super comfortable and we felt very safe there. The main town of Phuket is only a cab drive away so if you have the grab app this will be just over 200b per trip.

The room is exactly as described in the photos. Clean, spacious, and definitely suitable for one, maybe two people. Decent speeds for Wifi/Ethernet. Furniture and appliances are relatively new and kept up with. Free water provided every week or when needed. AC works flawlessly. Never once had any problems whatsoever and any minor inconvenience was solved immediately. Off on a less busy street, so it’s really nice if you prefer a more suburb feel. Clean buildings, shared kitchen is great, washing machines available on site, and friendly people to help. Plenty of food options around within walking distance. New 7/11 built just 5 minutes walk away. Can easily grab a motorbike next door, just a few minute walk. Nice fight gym with good facilities located on the same street. Pier and beach at the end of the street with great views, seafood restaurants, beach club, and pathways for those who like jogging, running, or walking. Overall, definitely recommend staying here.

The building here is beautiful with the garden out front! If you are looking for a quieter area next to a park for running and close-ish to the heart of old town, this spot is nice. The infinity pool is great and the small and very basic gym is a nice bonus.

Квартира хорошая, соответствует описанию. Также порадовало то, что в квартире было предусмотрено все для жизни (сковородки и кастрюли хорошего качества, много кухонных принадлежностей). Хозяин был очень отзывчивым и внимательным, спасибо ему)

We will definitely be back! This place is such a hidden gem away from the loud noises from the restaurants but easily walkable. The host was very responsible and ensured our check in went smooth. Beautiful island as well.

Beautiful place and located close to the mall.

Tolles Airbnb, welches aber ziemlich abseits, aber trotzdem Laut ist. Der Service, sowie die Kommunikation ist Top, es wird eine gratis Abholung mit einem Boot organisiert.

Just close ur eyes & book because: 1.Communication is fast & easy 2. Got early check in thanks 3 place is neat and clean as in pictures 4.He kept noodles ,cold drinks, lays lot of stuff to use,Thank you 5.Surrounding : There are two beautiful mall central phuket,korean town(although will not suggest to go and eat there 6. 7 eleven walkable distance of 300mtr 7.Tourist places Wat chalong Phuket old town ,chilva market all are 10 minutes drive only 8.Transportation : if you are coming from airport and 2 ppl better to take phuket smart bus 100thb only and get down at phuket florista bus stop and walk 400mtr 9.For bike Racha bike renter he is very nice guy for address use Google map and 300thb per day,we use it Hope this will help other guests as well Thanks for making our stay wonderful..highly recommended will come back again .

Eva ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, da sie mich freundlich empfangen hat und immer erreichbar war. In der Wohnung habe ich mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet mit Blick auf dem Meer und einem großen Balkon. Das Internet funktioniert hervorragend. Zum Strand läuft man nur 3 Minuten. Ich würde wiederkommen :)

I had an amazing time at this property. The place is conveniently located to shopping malls, seven 11 and not to far out to explore other parts of phuket as well. The cherry on top is the most amazing host who has been very responsive and helpful throughout my stay from the moment i made the booking. I highly recommend this little gem in phuket and hope to visit again soon.

We came for a couple of nights and finally stayed 8 nights because we couldn’t leave this area and this apartment because it was so nice and cozy. and we love it. definitely will visit it again.

Great location. 2-5 mins walk to the beach & 20mins drive to the bar strip in Ao Nang. The apartment itself is large, spacious, clean, light and airy - really fabulous indeed. The major downside during our stay was that the relaxation we'd anticipated, was tainted by the ongoing construction of apartments. It was constantly noisy with drilling, banging, hammering every day from around half 8/9am through to half 5/6pm every day. Ohh eventually offered, as a recompense, a free airport transfer and upgrade to one of her larger, ocean facing private pool villas which was awesome however, frustrating that this was only for our remaining 2 days here. Great restaurants: Rimlay directly across the road (consistently delicious food!) and The Beach Bar had a lovely English breakfast. The White Orchid Bike Rentals is fantastic! Excellent and friendly service with a good selection and availability of scooters. We highly recommend.

This was a lovely place with plenty of room for our five guests. The kids particularly loved the balcony pool and we enjoyed the views. It's off the beaten path so not for those who want to be in the heart of the action but for those like us that want a quiet and private retreat it was ideal.

Owner is very kind and cleaning is for free. There are dogs barking at night and it was bit noisy, but this place is close to Naka night market and owner respond really quick. Thank you for the stay:)
