Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ko Pha-ngan District

We had an incredible stay at Villa Tosti and would absolutely return. Gabrio was helpful at check in and with recommendations. The property was gorgeous with stunning views and in great condition. AC kept bedrooms cool which had comfortable mattresses and bedding. Everything was as pictured. The more busy parts of the island were 20 min or so by taxi and we had no issue getting taxis to come to the Villa, which is close to the main road. The beach is also walkable. Jaeb and her son made us feel so cared for during our stay. They helped around the house keeping things in order, helped arrange transport and massages. Best of all Jaeb made us wonderful homecooked breakfast and lunch for some meals during our stay. She's a wonderful cook and we loved her curries! Even with on site staff, the Villa felt private and the help was unobtrusive for those who want the secluded feel. We really appreciated the hospitality. We had a truly rejuvenating stay.

from the moment we met Jean Luc, he was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond, we arrived late and he had bought bits for us to eat, he helped us get a car, a taxi, recommend restaurants he couldn't have done more to be a better host. The accommodation itself was stunning, everything clean and tidy with the cleaner coming everyday. The beds were comfortable, we was provided with towels for in and outside. The view is breathtaking and will definitely miss it. Just a short drive away from fisherman's village which has a market to buy gifts or food. Lots of restaurants nearby. The property itself is on a very steep hill which is why the views are breathtaking but a hard climb! I 100% would come back and stay, everyone was very impressed.

We were warmly welcomed. Our villa was equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. Towels and linens were provided free of charge for the entire period. Our villa had a 4 × 8 m pool that was professionally cleaned twice a week. Nina and Valerie are very accommodating and lovely hosts. You immediately feel as if you were in family. We stayed there for two months and would have liked to have stayed much longer our vacation plan would have made it possible. There were three dogs on the property that were very sweet. They guard you and the grounds and you don't have to be afraid of them, because they protect you and you feel very safe and comfortable there from the beginning. The property cannot be entered easily by strangers. It is protected by a high wall. It is very quiet in the complex. We enjoyed the bird voices in the morning hours.

Great stay!! Stephen and wife were there on arrival to great us and walk us through the amenities. They home is spacious and beautifully decorated and comfortable. Aircon in every room. They provided a welcome platter of fresh fruit which we devoured. Stephen gave great recommendations for excursions, restaurants, sites to see and offered to arrange transport around. I recommend this location if you want a very serene and relaxed vacation. Thank you Stephen for opening your home. I would could consider booking again!

Lovely oasis. The house is built into the beautiful exotic nature. It was good to wake up and make yourself a really good cup of coffee, enjoy it in the living room which has mountains and the tropical trees to walls. Hear the roosters crowing in the distance. Rent moped and drive around the small hospitable and beautiful island. It is walking distance to the beach with restaurants and bars, chalky sand, crystal clear water and relaxing atmosphere! Snorkeling around the island offers magical moments! We enjoyed ourselves indescribably! And we were well taken on in the house. Every time we came back after our discovery trips everything was cleared and washed, water, coffee, toilet paper was refilled, and our cloth was washed, when we asked for it, in a heartbeat! Here I would love to stay again, and preferably a couple of months😃 wouldn't want to leave here!

We loved our 10 nights stay. Sunset on the balcony and living room is outstanding. the place is very quiet, and the house staff was very reactive.

I felt very comfortable from the beginning in the stylish spacious bungalow surrounded by nature and with fantastic sea views. Delicious meals on site or at the nearby restaurant "Tomorrow" with swining pool close to Salad Beach. Various offers such as dance and yoga from the Pyramide Center have enriched my stay.

There were four of us at this beautiful villa for a week. Although we were a little disappointed at the beginning because the villa is much smaller than it looked in the pictures. However, the fantastic pool compensated us for this. Beautiful private in the countryside and wonderful to relax. However, the garden work would have needed a little more care. So the pads were stained to moldy, the facade repelled and a lounger was broken. Inside we lacked light, especially in the bathrooms. Otherwise comfortable beds, clean, fridge with deep freezer, drinking water, fast and nice communication. In 10 minutes you will reach the middle of the hustle and bustle.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It is spacious and because of the large windows on both sides, bright and at the same time cosy and has all the necessities. The pool table on the back terrace is very cool. The house is nestled in a beautiful garden. You can relax by the large pool and let your gaze wander over the varied vegetation. The trees, shrubs and plants are very calming. The neighbourhood is quiet and you have your privacy. (The building site on the neighbouring property was only rarely under construction during our stay, so the noise didn't really bother us). Our contact person Iris was very helpful and obliging. Communication went smoothly and questions were answered within a very short time. Transport and the hire of a scooter were also organised without any complaints. Many thanks for everything!

We stayed for one night, and everything was perfect! Stav was a fantastic host, making sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Wish we could have stayed longer—highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Everything worked out great and everything was as described. Communication with Valerie and Tina was great, they are very nice and always responded immediately. They are very helpful, got us a rental car and scooter, give you good tips and were always available. Handover also worked out great. The villa was also as described. With all the praise, but a small complaint about the rental car booking: but also my mistake: I got a great rental car for 1500 baht a day (booked 1 week) without acting, getting worried. At the handover, he was immediately rented again spontaneously, but he still acted and got the car for 1200 baht / day. So don't rely on the price, but there's something else! Otherwise, everything was great !

Best place ive ever been

The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

A true gem. We visited with our kids (2 and 4) and another family. This area of the island is stunning, and it is right there on your doorstep from the villa. Beautiful surroundings, incredible beaches, great hospitality from Bay Villas, and a spacious and comfortable home with a lovely pool ideal for kids with the shallow area. Would recommend and revisit in a heartbeat. Hot Tip - Need to rent a car if you come with family - Krembo Rental in Thongsala are great.

One in a million view. The infinity pool was wonderful and every stress just melted away at that place. I will be back.
