Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

A tiny guest house (450 sq ft) overlooking the Benjamin River. AC!!. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private porch. This beautiful, newly renovated home is three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an open living and dining room waiting to give your family or group of friends the ideal Maine vacation experience! On site parking, a lovely yard, a new sauna on a beautiful deck overlooking the water, nearby fields and steps away from the famous Olson House on one side, you can sit on the deck and overlook the working lobster wharf with fishermen coming and going daily on the other side!

Ours is a 15 year old custom built cape on the Back River in Friendship. We have two bedrooms, sleeps four. Open and screened porches. Swimming is great! Sightseeing, shopping, restaurants within twenty minutes drive from this heavenly quiet spot. The Back River is tidal, meaning that at low tide, the river is dry. $50 Security deposit after March 1, 2021 Cleaning fee after November 1, 2017 will be $50.00.
