Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Knox City

The place is very comfortable and convenient. Roadside parking was super easy and always available. L&K are very gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts. The wine and biscuit and milk in the fridge are really welcoming gifts at the end of a really long travel. Sound proofing of the unit was awesome - did not hear the traffic on the road, nor neighbors talking in the hallway or movements from upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and table ware. It was a luxury to be able to use the coffee machine and milk steamer. Most of all, thank you L&K for providing ample coffee capsules and variety of teas that gave us a good start in the morning!

Very nice unit in a big housing complex, though very quiet and private. I have been in the same building before, privacy is different from unit to unit. Been very clean and well equipped. Sharon and Ian have been super responsive and were very kind! I can only recommend them!

Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!

Richard and Renata's apartment was absolutely fantastic, easily one of the best places we've stayed in Melbourne. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment itself was stylish, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials (and more!), making it feel like a home away from home. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for exploring while still being able to unwind at the end of the day. What really stood out was their communication; they were incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive to our needs, which made the whole experience even better. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne. A definite must-return!

We visit Australia annually and always stay for several weeks, so an Airbnb with at least two bedrooms and bathrooms is essential, and we need a fully equipped kitchen so we can entertain family during our visit. This Airbnb more than met our requirements. It's spacious, tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds, ultra modern bathrooms, and a wonderful wrap around patio with great views, that can be accessed not only from the living room, but also from both bedrooms. Although the apartment is close to the railway line, the sound of the trains was not at all noticeable. It was spotlessly clean, and the towels were thick and fluffy! The secure parking space near the elevator was a convenient bonus. Sue (and Wayne) were quick to respond to any concerns or questions, and we will definitely consider staying at this Airbnb again on future trips.

We all had a lovely stay. The apartment is very comfortable, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen with everything you need and pristine bathrooms. The checkin details are easy to follow and the apartment suited our needs perfectly.

WOW what an incredible house...or should I say manor? the house, land, gardens and views were nothing short of spectacular. it is a very large home, and yet we felt so cosy and comfortable, nothing was cold or sterile. the beautiful antique furniture, panoramic windows and spacious surrounds were incredible. Each space had its own purpose. We didn't miss TV at all, sitting by the huge window, watching the view all the way out to port phillip bay, with a glass of wine, and Chopin playing in the background was just the relaxing long weekend we needed. We witness countless birds stopping by, a wallaby, fox and other creatures enjoying the generous and beautiful gardens. We really did fall in love with Boyanda and would recommend it 100% We do plan on returning in the near future. Incredible stay, Thankyou!

We had a fabulous stay at Lily’s. The house was so lovely and had everything we needed for our girls weekend away. We loved the easy access to walking tracks from the backyard. The location is quiet and private and not too far from good restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend Lily’s place for your next tranquil getaway.

This place is incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Perfect for a long-term stay, with thoughtful touches and everything you need for day-to-day living. The interior is beautifully styled with great taste, and you can tell a lot of care went into the design. I also absolutely loved the location — convenient, peaceful, and close to everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again for an extended visit! BTW, hosts are amazing to deal with.

The room is quite nice and the surrounding environment is beautiful. However, there is a slight drawback. The bed board in one of the rooms on the second floor has some problems. Even after it was repaired once, it still collapses. There is absolutely no problem for short - term accommodation. But if you plan to stay for more than a month like we do, it will be a bit inconvenient.

Sanj’s AirBnB was amazing, it had everything that you could think of and the place was also very clean, highly recommend!

The house has everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. The supplied amenities were a welcome suprise. Fruit bowl, milk, cereal and condiments were available to us. We would definately book again.

My family of 9 stayed at this house to be close to our relatives. It was easy to find and in a safe neighborhood. We were able to fit comfortably because this house is huge. Nicolas was very responsive. He allowed us to check in early and check out late.

Yana is the best Airbnb host I met so far. She is so friendly and helpful. Her house is extremely tidy and clean. The house locates at cul-sa-sec, so it is very quiet and we can sleep very well at night. I highly recommend this house for anyone who visit melb. Although it is a bit far from CBD, it is close to the Yarra valley and Mt Dangenong which are worth visiting. 😚

Lovely place is really like home for the family to enjoy their space time , Yu always gives feedback promptly , and there has a shopping center just 5 minutes walk away can get everything you need easily, we really had a good time in this space, thanks for the host ! Sophie

Karen is a very nice host and being very flexible. Her communication is excellent and her apartment is nice and big enough to stay for 2 people. The carpark is also easily accessed and the visitor parking also helps a lot.

The room is immaculate, with a perfect en-suite bathroom and a spectacular view of Melbourne. The kitchen is slightly eclectic but equipped with everything you could need. Nancy is friendly, cheerful and always ready to talk.
