Proveli smo divan vikend kod Sanje i Anđelije! Obe su divne domaćice, osećali smo se kao da smo došli u posetu rođacima ili prijateljima. Oličenje su čuvene niške topline i gostoprimstva koje treba osetiti ako već niste :), bilo da ste iz Srbije ili inostranstva! Stan je odlično lociran za obilazak šireg centra pešice. Svakako, lako je dostupan i prevoz ako želite da obiđete neke niške istorijske i kulturne znamenitosti koje su malo dalje od centra grada. Stan ima sve što je potrebno za dvoje ili par s detetom, čak i veliku terasu kad je lepo vreme. Vrlo je mirno i tiho za spavanje jer je sklonjen od većih ulica, ali opet, u centru grada. Dostupan je parking, što je veliki plus! Veoma je čisto, opremljeno svime što vam treba za par dana. Čak i kafom, napicima i osnovnim začinima, mada, u Nišu kao turista treba ići u kafane :). Sanja, Anđelija i njihove rođake koje smo takođe upoznali, divne su domaćice i toplo vam preporučujemo da budete njihovi gosti ako vas put dovede u Niš!

We really liked the apartment. Nice, cosy place, kind hosts, recommended.

I had an amazing time at this place. I was working from home, also sightseeing and in the evenings chilling on the balcony with the amazing view the flat has to offer. Restaurants, shops and all main attractions are super close. I love walking so I walked to all of them which required 10min to 1hr by foot depending on the attraction but there was no need for taxi. The host was very helpful and responsive when needed. Thank you for this lovely stay. Nis and their people are beautiful!

Alles wunderbar, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Und die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft, alles ist direkt um die Ecke und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kann es nur empfehlen :)

Es war eine schöne Zeit im Aparment. Es ist leicht zu finden und in ruhiger Lage. Der Zugang erfolgte problemlos per Code und es waren einige Kleinigkeiten zum Verzehr hinterlegt. Auch die Klinaanlage war bei den hohen Temperaturen von Vorteil. Insgesamt ein sehr schicken, geräumiges Apartment mit vielen Extras. Ich würde es jedem weiterempfehlen. Danke!

Jelena is an excellent host, very communicative and full of understanding for her guests. The apartment is just like in the pictures—clean, very nicely decorated, well-equipped, and located in a quiet area. Everything is relatively close, so you can explore Sokobanja by walking. Highly recommended.

Divan apartman, koji je jos lepsi uzivo.. Sve u apartmanu je prelepo, novo i jako cisto.. Jako je miran deo grada, brzo stignete do centra grada a imate potpuni mir i tisinu za odmor.. Stefan je divan, lako smo se dogovorili oko svega, pri dolasku nas je sacekao i sutradan nas ispratio.. Trudi se da se osecate maksimalno ugodno i na raspolaganju je uvek ukoliko vam nesto zatreba.. Svaka cast na svemu, i veliki pozdrav za domacina Stefana!🤗

Was soll man sagen, alles war perfekt , die Wohnung war im Zentrum der Stadt. Alles konnte man fußläufig machen. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Wir würden wiederkommen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Beautiful, central house in Niska Banja. We felt right at home. It was clean, well equipped and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and center of town. We really loved the high ceilings and pretty courtyard. The TV came in handy when our small kids needed some distraction. The host was lovely and informative. We will definitely be staying again the next time. Thank you!

Jelena was very nice and forthcoming. Check-in was easy and flexible. The apartment is right in the city centre, but very quiet. It was clean, spacious and the bed and pull-out couches were comfortable. If I come back to Niš, this will be my first choice! Thank you for the lovely stay ♥️

Bračni par Paunović je komunikativan, fleksibilan, pristupačan. Bili su veoma ljubazni i stripljivi uprkos mojem redovnom zapitkivanju. Pomogli su mi da lako pronađem smeštaj i da mu pristupim. Sve je kao sa slika, čistoća smeštaja je veoma dobra. Puno posteljine, peškira, kupki i ostalih osnovnih potrebština. Sve u svemu veoma smo zadovoljni i dajem im sve preporuke.

Wonderful and kind hosts, always available for every request. The food is an extra cost, but made from organic vegetables, fresh eggs, and lots of love - worth ever single penny!! The place is very clean, and has everything one can need. Small stores within walkable distance. Very grateful for this expirience.

Great place! The apartment is perfect for couples. The hot tub and the sauna are very easy to operate. Nis is 20 minutes away and has a lot of things that you can do. Also 3 minutes from the apartment there is a restaurant with delicious food, its a good option if you do not want to go to the city. The place itself has a private parking and the host is really friendly, speaks English and Bulgarian.

Nela's place is perfect if you need a comfortable place to rest. I loved the parking in front of the apartment, and that it has everything you need.

Super nam je bilo u apartmanu, kad smo došli sve je bilo uredno i mirisalo na čisto. Petar nam je poslao jako detaljne instrukcije za ulazak u apartman i brzo odgovarao na poruke. Jako veliki plus je parking u garaži zgrade i sama lokacija zgrade jer se realno svugde može stići peške. Naravno, jakuzi je šlag na torti ovde, zaista je opuštajuće.
