The facility, which was commissioned in 2021, has a well-equipped gym, sauna, bicycle room, ski room and laundry room.

The Kościeliska and Chochołowska Valleys are also in close proximity. The cottage consists of a living room with a large kitchenette, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace and a private parking lot. There are also 2 sofa beds for guests (in one bedroom and in the living room).
