The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

Here you can relax and breathe fresh air. There is a forest around the cottage. In the distance, there are ponds where you can observe wildlife. There are paths for long walks or bike rides. There is a place to light a fire and hammocks to relax. 2 km from the cottage there is the Święte Ługi nature reserve. There is a kayak rental 7 km away. 10 km away there is a place where you can eat fresh fish. Pets are welcome. Silence and the forest will give you a lot of positive energy!

The cottage has two rooms upstairs and a large living room on the ground floor, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious terrace, where barbecuing should be a great pleasure, and guests have at their exclusive disposal a sauna and a garden hot tub with a view of the forest. The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated tenement house; in a quiet, green district of Bytom. Guests have access to: a spacious room with two beds and a place to work, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom with a toilet and a hallway. Nearby there are shops and bus stops with direct connections to Tarnowskie Góry, Zabrze and Bytom. 5 minutes to the nearest entrance to the A1 motorway. 20 minutes to the airport in Katowice-Pyrzowice.
