Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Klamath River

This is an outstanding Airbnb experience. If you ever want to experience something beyond the typical Airbnb blabla go to Wendy and John. We arrived at an old house full of history, surrounded by nature. Wendy and John treated us to delicious homemade food in the mornings and evenings (3 courses), and even shared their pancake recipe with us. During our meals, we had long, intensive conversations that made it feel like we’d known each other for much longer. Their recommendations for our trip to the Redwoods were great. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. And we promise to do our best translating the postcard! :)

Arky’s B&B has amazing ocean view from the two floors common areas, the garden is literally next the beach with very zen feel. Richard and Anna are very gracious hosts who greeted us at arrival, explained all common facilities, and provided wonderful breakfast, a true B&B! Our room (master bedroom) has access to oceanfront deck where we enjoyed watching stars and listening to ocean waves/sea birds. The downstairs whole floor is designated for playing with a bar area, ping pong table and even a bowling alley. We didn’t have chance to play but we did sit by the garden watching sunset on ocean, truly beautiful! Also, the whole house is Amazingly Clean! Richard recommended a local boat rental place so we had a wonderful day kayaking on Smith River. We highly recommend Arky’s B&B to all travelers who enjoy peace and fun together!

Our stay at the lodge was amazing! Rachel and family were kind enough to upgrade our room. We also appreciated that they were accommodating to us checking in a bit later than expected. The whole lodge area was stunning - we especially enjoyed petting the horses, watching the chickens, walking over to the waterfall, and soaking in the hot tub. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We opted to add on breakfast for the morning and could tell everything was made with love and care! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!!

We love staying at Taylor Creek Lodge. The Aspen suite was perfect for the 7 of us on a short family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cookware, silverware and anything needed to cook for a family. Rachel's breakfasts are amazing and one of the reasons we returned to TCL. Dale and Rachel are extremely helpful, friendly and responsive to questions. If you have kids, they'll love running around, exploring, playing on the trampoline and playing with the dogs. It’s great that we can wander around their gardens, barns, path to the waterfall, see the horses, goats, etc. We plan to return annually for family gatherings.

The place was great! Location was right by the beach and the home had everything you need and more. Fire, s’mores, pretty views, game room, and the most comfortable bed. Very accommodating, especially with our two dogs. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Ed and Elsie’s place. They are amazing hosts, always proactive, keeping in touch about our whereabouts and giving best recommendations. Their place felt like home. They have adorable playful dogs. Overall a very homely vibe and truly a great Airbnb experience.

One of our best stays in our travels. Beautiful place with a very cozy atmosphere. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are already looking forward to planning our next trip!

Both the friendliness and responsiveness of John and Wendy, along with the beauty of their small private valley in which their home is nestled, have brought us back for our fourth visit. Vacations are precious to us, so we don’t want to take a chance of something not working out. That is never the case in their home. We have never been disappointed. As soon as we book our stay, we begin to have happy anticipation smiles, looking forward to quiet and welcoming respite from this sometimes very challenging world. We used the Merlin app on our iPhones and recorded 17 different species of birdsongs in their Valley on this trip. For a short visit at one location, that’s very unusual. On this visit, we spent more time out on the beach, about 1 mile from their home, walking our dog and hunting for memento rocks and shells. It’s cool, so bring a sweatshirt or sweater. Dogs must be on a leash or under voice control. The beach is expansive and deep, with few people, mostly families with kids.

Really enjoyed staying here, wonderful atmosphere, very welcoming. I would recommend for a weekend getaway!

The house is in a nice neighborhood that is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Becky was a great host and the room and bathroom were immaculate. I enjoyed my stay and hope to come again.

Close to I-5 so perfect pit stop for a roadtrip or to explore the beautiful surrounding region of Shasta Lake. Comfy king bed, easy check in/parking, breakfast delivered to room in the morning.

The Lupine Room at the Bluebird Inn was great. Caleb et al. were super responsive hosts and were flexible with checkin. The included breakfast from the Farmhouse Bakery was fantastic. You can’t go wrong with any pastry or the yoghurt parfait. Note currently the Lupine Room (and other rooms in the main building) are listed as shared bath, whereas they all have a private bathroom.

Kerry was very friendly and though we reached in the middle of the night was available and helped us check in. The room was as described and clean. The vegetarian breakfast was very tasty and fresh and we enjoyed it. Kerry was thoughtful to give us a room with an extra sofa so that a third person can sleep. Thanks Kerry.

If you are visiting Lassen NP and need to stay overnight, Martha's home is definitely the best place to be. Only 10 minutes drive to the park entrance, the huge house is situated in the quite woods. Beautiful surroundings, extremely clean inside, and the very welcoming hostess Martha. We got a lot of information around the area from Martha which is very helpful for our photo trip. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast and some interesting talks with Martha. We will definitely stay here again next time when we visit the park. Thank you very much Martha.

This place was an absolute gem! We stayed here 2 nights while we were exploring Lassen Volcanic Park which is not far. Martha and Milo (her sweet pup) were very attentive and so kind. She was eager to help if we needed anything and her breakfast was great! The place was clean and we had everything we needed. I can highly recommend this B&B if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay that feels like home. We’re looking forward to our next stay in the future! Thank you again!

We loved our stay here! Martha was so friendly to both us and our 2 kids (ages 5 and 8). We would definately recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area. We were visiting lassen national park which was 20 minutes or less from her place. Delicious breakfast too!

We booked our stay last minute after an impromptu escape to the coast. My partner and I love nature and adventure so Dew valley was perfect for us. It’s a beautiful marriage of nature and comfort. Very akin to glamping, Dew valley had all the amenities and activities you’d expect from a campground but with more privacy and peace. No noisy neighbors but plenty of opportunities to mingle if desired. The showers and bathrooms were extremely well kept. The bed in our hut was exceptionally comfortable and our deck featured a propane fire pit for convenience and ambiance that made our night magical. Thank you so much to Heather and Nathan for a magnificent experience!

Magnolia inn was fabulous- space is great, the whole house vibe was lovely, breakfast and coffee were just what I needed to start my day. I will be back!!

I took my husband for a surprise for his birthday. We brought our 2 dogs. We stayed in the Pinecone Treehouse. It was so clean, the hosts were very kind and responsive. The hosts were really great with their communication, checking in with us about how our stay was going. The property is gorgeous, and very peaceful. It's fun to be able to order breakfast to be delivered to your room, and makes this an even more special and unique experience.

I had an amazing stay! The bathroom was a standout feature—absolutely luxurious with a very large bathtub that felt even better than what you'd find in a high-end hotel. Everything was spotless and incredibly clean, which made the whole space feel even more comfortable. The surrounding community was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also just a short walk to the Humboldt Trail, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea. The hosts were very friendly and talked with me a lot, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. Highly recommend!

Jeff’s place was one of the cutest bed and breakfast/hotels I have stayed at. I got so many wonderful ideas even for my own airbnb. I would 💯 stay here again in the future. We visit the Britt often and can’t wait to stay again when we return.

Very nice room, comfy, clean. Included breakfast was so-so. Outside grounds need a lot of work. Easy to find off I-5, very peaceful and found a really good restaurant by Lk Shasta bridge-Huffs
