Family-friendly villa from 2019 located at the end of the road in a newly built villa neighbourhood, where the neighbours are our friends. The property is located in the small charming village of Syðrugøta, where there is a beach, a playground and a football field. It takes 25-30 minutes to drive to Tórshavn and 15 minutes to Klaksvík. Outside, we have a south-facing garden with a trampoline and a large terrace with a dining area for enjoying the evening sun. In addition to the four bedrooms, we have an extra room on the ground floor with a sofa bed.

A modern, bright and family friendly home in a small town on a cul-de-sac road, where children can ride their bikes and the neighbours are friends. Walking distance to grocery store, football field and playground. Close to the old village path Norðagøta-Leirvík over the mountain. Additionaly there is walking distance to a museum, and a cozy asian buffet restaurant. Enjoy our beautiful living room view of our town council architectural pearl and Gøta church surrounded by mountans and the ocean.
