Great stay and with everything I needed. Private and peaceful, and everything is quite close with a vehicle. Recommend!

Beatiful, modern accomodation for people who wants to relax. Not crowded, nice beach. Condo area is protected and two well kept pools are available just few steps from you. Highly recommend to use motorbike or car, if you want to discover what Rayong has to offer, and you can meet dogs in dark areas, if you go to shop by foot.

everything went very well, checked in and out without any problems, the apartment is clean, the host is responsive and always in touch

Good room, clean, all rooms before arrival, easy to contact, communication, understanding both through both check in and check out. The condo location is convenient to get to Mae Phim Beach, Ao Khai. The service in the room is fully equipped with dishes, stacked forks, and good as a shout.

Great condo in a quiet and beautiful location. There is a good cafe in the complex, and several bars and restaurants nearby. There is also a lot of nature around, you can take a break from the city noise) Thanks to the extremely polite host, highly recommend the place!

Could not recommend the location, the apartment or dealing with Piyaporn, highly enough. The whole experience was very professionally handled and there is no doubt we will be back again

Had a wonderful stay. Host was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed but not very good pillows. The location for me was perfect as I was looking for something private, walking distance to the beach, 7-11 and a few restaurants and bars. Enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a nice play to stay. Thank you for the experience!

I had a fantastic experience with the host and their professional team; the room offered a stunning view of the serene lake, completely unobstructed by buildings, allowing us to recharge in privacy. It was fully functional and very comfortable. The breakfast was included, catered to dietary needs, and absolutely delicious. Plus, the mini shop at the pool with delivery service to our room made us feel like we were staying at a 5-star hotel in a mini Airbnb. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend.! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This apartment was a great find, if you are looking for a quiet spot near beautiful beaches with a comfortable condo this is for you. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place. Lucy and the staff are great as well, always willing to help. Should add excellent wifi speed for those who work remote 😃

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

Lovely, modern well-equipped condo with lift. Fantastic rooftop infinity pool with beautiful sea view. The condo is close to good restaurants with a mix of Thai and western food. Management company is helpful and friendly, we rented a scooter from them and they organised a taxi for our onward travel. Great location to experience an authentic Thai holiday destination, especially during Songkran. It's useful to hire a scooter or car for exploring points of interest further afield and to reach amenities such as banks, if you need to change money. There are no money exchange kiosks in the local area but there are ATMs. The Grand Blue Resort next to the condo allow access to their pool (with comfy sunloungers, parasols, sauna and bar/restaurant) for 200 baht per person per day.

Everything is clean, several sets of bed linen,towels,tableware, my daughter appreciated the play station))) and also special thanks for the constant communication and help in matters of "where is the store,market", "where to go'etc. Condo is in a quiet and peaceful place)))) our family fell in love with Thailand))) thank you again!!!!

The Mantra studio apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything you might require for a long stay. It was clean and modern, the bed was comfy, it came with a nice big fridge and huge Smart TV, good air con. The pool was always clean and refreshing. I did feel the apartment presented smaller than the pictures and if I have any criticism at all it was the shower. It was small with no screens, so water went everywhere and there was no hot water pressure. It was dismal. This became increasingly frustrating over a month, as I tried to wash my long hair. The Mantra staff however were all excellent, particularly Lucy. Thank you for everything guys. I also enjoyed the on-site cafe and their club sandwiches!
