This one-of-a-kind home has its own unique style. Newly built and opened in October 2023, and the host lives in the management room on the first floor, but you can use it almost as if you rent the whole building. All floors on the second floor are private.Not to mention the spacious LDK centered around the island kitchen in the graphite island kitchen, the Sky Terrace, which is the most characteristic space of the villa, is equipped with an outdoor sofa for the sauna (available hours 18:00 - 22:00) and the jacuzzi and other projector titles for movies and titles with up to 100 inch projectors.In addition, we have installed a full-scale BBQ grill from Canada's Broil King (now Waiver) so you can enjoy a barbecue at any time, and you can also enjoy it with a glamping feeling.(It is suitable for the BBQ grill to provide thick cut steak instead of meat for so-called yakiniku.) In addition, "Osaka and Kansai Expo" will be held from April 13, 2025, but you can go from the nearest station (Kizu Station, about 15 minutes on foot) to the venue in as little as 90 minutes.

Nishimura-Tei Hanare ― 100-year-old traditional house with kitchen & dining

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

The surroundings are full of nature, and if you are lucky, you can see animals such as wild deer, boars and squirrels. In addition to burning charcoal in the fireplace and enjoying the burning fire, you can enjoy the following as fireplace dishes. (We prepare 1 box of charcoal. A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.
