Our accommodation is a private, entire-house rental (3DK, 46㎡). It can host up to 6 guests, with one queen bed (for 2 people) and four single futon sets (for 4 people). For the most comfortable stay, we recommend 2–4 guests. --- ● Property Details This is a single-story traditional house with beautiful exposed beams and an open, airy atmosphere. **Japanese-style Living Room (6 tatami mats)** A relaxing space with a sofa and low table. We recommend enjoying the uniquely low perspective of traditional Japanese living. Futons stored in the closet can be laid out here for use as a bedroom. **Japanese-style Bedroom (3 tatami mats)** This room features a queen bed. **Japanese-style Room (4.5 tatami mats)** Located right by the entrance. A cozy space where you can sit on a single sofa, read a book, or enjoy tea. The closet can be used to store suitcases. This room can also be used as a bedroom by laying out futons from the 6-tatami room. **Dining Kitchen** A bright space with natural light streaming in from a skylight. Equipped with a dining table for four, kitchen facilities, and a washer-dryer. **Bathroom** Compact, clean, and comfortable. **Washbasin** A renovated space that blends retro charm with usability. **Toilet** Equipped with a washlet for your comfort. **Loft (2nd floor)** For safety reasons, guests cannot enter the loft, but you can still view the traditional Japanese roof structure. ※ There are two air conditioners/heaters. As this is a wooden house over 70 years old, please note that it may be a bit cold in winter. --- ● Parking Two cars can be parked next to the building. Please note that the road in front is one-way. 広島市内では現存の数少ない戦後間もなく､75年前に建てられた書院造りの純和風建築物です。大通りから一歩入り静かな環境で、小さいながら和風庭園もありゆっくりと寛げます。 1945年8月6日の広島原子爆弾投下による熱で一部溶けた壺や、約100年前の時代の写真など舞ハウスにしか置いてない物もあります。建具やｶﾞﾗｽは70年以上前の当時のもので､特に２つの庭や、床の間・書院など日本家屋の情緒が感じられます｡現在では、限られた職人に発注しなければ手に入れられない品々です。 5ある部屋は､３つが畳部屋で､就寝時も畳の上に布団を敷いてお休みください。広島市の南区に位置しており市内電車一本で最寄り駅電停①からは広島駅まで約20分最寄り駅電停②からは平和記念公園､原爆ﾄﾞｰﾑ、中心地は20~30分程度で到着いたします｡タクシーでは10分程度の移動となります。近所に衣食住が揃う大型ショッピングモール　ゆめタウン広島、コンビニエンスストア（セブンイレブン、ファミリーマート）飲食店（お好み焼き、ラーメン、寿司、焼肉、ワッフル、ベーカリーショップ等々）徒歩圏内にあります。
