nice to meeting you.It is a room on the first floor of a 40-year-old second-floor apartment in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(This is the parking lot I use.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live. There are 4 bicycles in the facility.It is available for use when it is available. There is wifi, a private kitchen, and a bath and toilet, so I hope you can use it for long-term stays, workcations, etc.Currently, there is no air conditioning in this room.There is heating. I put a Nintendo family computer.It is old, so you may not be able to use it. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you.

(Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. Staying in a room in an old Japanese wooden apartment. The toilet is difficult for tall people. Please check the review. It is a highly rated room. New air conditioning! Comfortable life! A cozy room with a private entrance, kitchenette and a small bathroom.
