The apartment is in the old town (67 m2). A modern residential building (Teatra street 2), built in between ancient houses of 1900 and 1785. Floor 5. There is a KONE elevator. The apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay. Great location. There are shops, restaurants, cafes, museums, museums, exhibitions, transportation nearby. Perfect place to rest and work. A very comfortable and stylish flat in a renovated house. 2nd floor (just above the ground floor), wide staircase, high ceiling. Adjustable central heating, floor heating in the bathroom. A perfect accommodation for two people in the very centre of Riga, with your own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, the washing machine that can both wash and dry. This 19th-century building was renovated some months ago. All the major attractions are within 1 to 5-minute walking distance, as well as shopping malls.

Here you can not only find many buildings with stunningly beautiful facades, but also live in one of them. The apartment is located 25 minutes walk from the Old Town and a few minutes walk from the famous Kalnciema quarter Public transport stops are right next to the house, which gives a certain noise. Hi Richard, Your house was wonderful – we felt very comfortable! As a family, we only missed the washing machine and a clothes rack a little 😄 But that was not a big problem. We will definitely be happy to come back to you – it was a really nice stay. The location is quiet and perfect for our children and our little dog Alexa. We really enjoyed the large, charming property and the beautiful terrace. Everything is easily accessible - whether Riga or Jūrmala. We felt like at home! Thank you and best regards! My stay at Margaritas’ airbnb apartment was great! The apartment was very clean and cosy, also the location is perfect, the city centre is walking distance and it was quite easy and fast to get to and from the airport with public transport. Margarita was super helpful and easygoing, I would sincerely recommend this apartment for a stay in Riga!

Great place to stay at, very quiet, private and beautiful nature view from the terrace. Cozy room with all required appliances. Very good train conncetion to Riga center (45min), few minutes walk to nearest train stop. Beach also not too far and additionaly there is also a mini beach on the property. Optional jacuzzi and sauna was defintently worth it! Great host and highly recommend this place. :)

The first house that caught my eyes 😍during my search to Riga! Also very lucky with the weather, to be able to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view and relax, can’t ask anything better 😄 Eva is very friendly and understanding We really enjoyed our stay in her place.
