The initial laundry equipment with bed linens and towels is included in the rental price. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

The location is 500 m from the Danube cycle path and about 2 km before Bogen in the district of Furth, shopping center 200 m. Restaurants and beer gardens in the area.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
