Our accommodation is different from a typical hotel, as it is a Japanese-style house where you can experience living in a traditional Japanese home. The facilities are not as perfect as those of the latest hotels, but you can enjoy a space with a Japanese feel. Inside, there is a Japanese-style tatami-mat room, a traditional oiran-style room, There are decorations such as fusuma-e (sliding door paintings) and Japanese umbrellas, Photography is also possible. This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. Please be sure to let us know when you book if you are having a BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal.
