Our stay in this house was truly memorable. The fjord, which stretches right in front of the window, created an atmosphere of peace and serenity. The house was incredibly cozy and welcoming, ideal for a relaxing holiday. A special thank you goes to Roy – he was very friendly and helpful and explained everything we might need exactly, including the possibility to use the boat for excursions on the fjord and fishing. The morning coffee in the fresh air overlooking the calm water and the gentle contours of the mountains conveyed a feeling of complete harmony with nature. The hot tub with this view was the perfect place to relax and enjoy. This house is a true oasis of coziness and harmony with nature. We recommend it to anyone who wants to find inspiration and tranquility in the quiet corners of Norway.

We had a great stay. Idar was very helpful and easy to reach when there were problems with the hot tub that could then be resolved.

Spacious and nice cabin, well equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Fantastic location right by the sea. We had a lot of fun!

This is an adventurous stay in nature, so be prepared for an awesome stay! Upon arrival, the family greeted us and after packing our backpacks we were personally escorted up the mountain. The walk was exhausting with heavy baggage but totally worth it for the complete privacy up there. Only noises are birds, waterfalls and once in a while a plane or an avalanche from beyond the valley. We got some fresh water for cooking from nearby streams and enough firewood that lasted us our whole overnight stay. The hikes from the cabin offer breathtaking views. The hosts are very responsive and helpful via chat. We definitely want to come back for longer :)

Beautiful area, very cosy house and super friendly hosts (with very adorable lamas)! We were here for a surf trip and then visited a few other places on recommendation. All in all, wonderful!

Marianne's place was wonderful with amazing views of the water and surrounding countryside. Since we were there 'off-season' we had a private beach to ourselves within a five minute walk. There is lots to do in the area with amazing hikes, views and wonderful friendly people, shops and restaurants a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again and can only imagine how amazing it would be during the warm summer months (though the place was quite cozy even during cold and rainy late October!).

We (with two boys 13, 16) had a wonderful week. Beaches of Refvik or Hoddevik (white beaches, blue water :) in about 1 h 20), Sunnmørsalpen (1.5 h) or just the mountain lakes in the immediate vicinity with magnificent views over the coastal mountains (in 10 min you are in the fjell above the house or 30 min to the brandal) - a highlight is possible every day. The beach right by the house is fine sand and the water as clear as it can be. The boat is robust and works perfectly. We are inexperienced anglers, had great fish (Pollack). But driving around by boat alone is wonderful. The house (very clean, loving details) has everything you need, it is a small, loving pearl. The upper floor is a pearl especially for children + teenagers - with TV, private couch and two small SZ with a bed. Our landlord said "it's not a luxury here" - we felt it different! Those who appreciate the important things have luxury there.

We come more often, this time my husband was alone. As always, it was perfect. He felt right at home and he/we will be back. It is such a nice house just to feel comfortable! The hosts are so warm, really great and nice people. Everything perfect

We had a fantastic stay with Sissel and Egil, both are very friendly. The house meets everything and is nicely located right by the fjord. Around the house you can always find a sheltered place in the sun. The house is very neat and well kept. Hopefully, we can come back again to enjoy everything.

This is a great place. On the one hand, the island with its diverse beauty. Then the location on the island - quiet and private, with easy access to the ferry. The apartment is nice, practical with charming details. Thanks to the hosts for their helpfulness!

For those looking for peace, Eva's beautiful house is the perfect place! Sea views, seagull screaming, and sun, what more could you ask for. The house is equipped with everything to enjoy a few days of Norwegian island life. It was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Kari’s place for a couple of nights and we loved it! The apartment has everything you need but the best part is the location, close to the sea and with a very nice atmosphere, perfect for fishing and catching crabs as well. Highly recommended if you are planning to stay in the area, I will definitely go back!
