Holiday rentals with a patio in Kingsport

The condo was quiet, clean, the hosts responded immediately to any questions I had and the view was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

I rented this apartment for my daughter and grandson who were visiting for a baseball tournament the place was clean my daughter said she felt safe and enjoyed there time at fox den. Will definitely stay here again. Christy was a great host and very attentive thanks for having a great safe clean space for them to enjoy this past weekend

This is a great home! The space was tastefully decorated, very clean, and has lots of windows with natural light. It is located on the second floor of the building with lovely old wooden steps and floors. Located in a very walkable neighborhood and close to many great restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a small table with two chairs. There was plenty of hot water with plush towels and plenty of them. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Roy communicated clearly at all steps of the process. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved it! It’s nestled about 15 minutes away from downtown. Good size for the price. The only odd thing was there was cookware but nothing to cook on. Will stay here again if we visit again.

Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The apartment is stunning, comfortable, close to all the downtown shops and not one single detail was forgotten. Everything was over and above even to the extent that there are little lights in the doggie rooms. I love it! I will definitely stay here again next time Im in the area.

This property was outstanding! Everything in the pictures and what was promised was just as it should have been. Would I recommend this property to others - absolutely. I am not sure that there is a better place in Bristol especially for a wedding at the Bristol Virginia trainstation. Very walkable with numerous restaurants within walking distance. If I am in the need in the future this will be my go-to place.

The house was super clean and easy to access with the provided directions. We felt safe in the area, and really enjoyed how peaceful it was. The house has a few quirks and feels dated in some ways, but it didn’t cause any issues and we were very comfortable. We would stay here again and hope to on our next visit to JC!

Such. A cute house, decor was awesome. Perfect for our needs. Backyard was perfect- we built a fire and enjoyed a relaxing evening! Had coffee on front porch and was so close to everything we needed. So happy to bring our four legged family member!

We can only say good things about this place. The house is located on a hill, giving you a spectacular entrance. Both outside and inside, the house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. We really fell in love with it. Jeff is also an exceptionally committed person and simply a good human being. We are definitely not people-pleasers, but we would recommend this stay to anyone.

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

As described. Basic but cute and very clean and great for a short stay. Location is close to main Kingsport roads (Stone Drive) where stores and restaurants are located. One bed was very firm but the other slept perfectly. Slight inclined drive with two assigned parking spaces. Easy in and out process!

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the peaceful setting during a difficult time as we were in town for the loss of a loved one. The space was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning under happier circumstances. Highly recommend!
