Modern Waterfront Home on Llano Arm of Lake LBJ

1 acre lot with lots of room for play! We have a large covered and fenced in patio with seating, as well as an open area patio that is great for playing games, grilling, and hanging out! Step down onto our 100’ concrete dock to lounge, sit, fish, and enjoy the peacefulness of the Llano river. The water is shallow since the 2018 flood, but the levels fluctuate daily. Islands appear and disappear and make for great entertainment for the family. You’ll feel like you’ve found the best spot in town.

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX.
