Relax in the cottage or use it as a base to explore the many attractions on Skye. Close to the main village of Portree and the harbour at Uig with access to the Outer Hebrides the cottage is perfectly situated. The cottage has good WIFI, perfect for WFH. Warm and cosy in winter as well as summer.

It's made up of a cosy bedroom with shower room and small kitchen. We are very central for sight seeing, short drive away from Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock, Quiraing, Fairy Glen,Fairy Pools etc. In addition Edinbane where we are located has some amazing food, friendly neighborhood and traditional music.

Studio 1 at Knott Cottage is a purpose built retreat for 1 or 2. Thoughtfully designed to provide quality accommodation at an affordable price. Situated 100 metres from a sheltered bay with stunning views over Loch Snizort Beag, the Studio is an idyllic base to visit Skye's many attractions. The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

Small but functional - Pod is 3 meters x 4.8 meters.
