Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kingborough Council

This is a beautiful place to stay, in a beautiful location. The accommodation had everything that you would need, was spotless, and the welcome pact was extremely generous. It is a great place to explore the island. If we had know in advance how charming it was here we definitely would have extended our stay. One of the best experiences we have had and would recommend staying here to anyone.

Like a home from home and more like a retreat than a holiday home. The garden is an added attraction given the range and scope of the plants and the visiting wild life. Good location with excellent hosts who were very welcoming and readily available and responsive to any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

We had a really lovely stay at Apple Valley Retreat. We felt at home straight away, some nice touches like croissants, jam and eggs available. Everything clean and tidy. Kitchen really well equipped. Enjoyed watching the Pademelons in the mornings. Good communication throughout.

From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the space created by Michelle and Blu x The attention to detail is evident from the beautiful decor to the generous provisions - they have literally thought of everything- ensuring a comfortable experience. Michelle and Blu were the perfect hosts and their love of this property is evident in its presentation - thankfully they are happy to share it with us all 😍 Extremely comfortable beds; linens to die for and squeaky clean 🧼 This is the ONLY air BnB I didn’t feel like I had to wash dishes and utensils in before using!!! Thank you so much for sharing a space around your fireplace 🔥 and creating a memorable experience for us all - including our pet Daisy Doo. This is our new favourite place and top of the list for future visits to the Huon x. Michelle and Blu are truly amazing people and you will not be disappointed- unless you miss out !!!! Fantastic place to stay to enjoy Adventure Bay. Beautiful, private location with amazing views. Really enjoyed the deck and visits from the furry locals wanting a feed as soon as we arrived and then every morning. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Lovely hosts! We had a great stay - the place had everything we needed. It’s also close to the shops and bus stop, and the area is quiet and peaceful. The free breakfast is the cherry on top since I really am not a fan of preparing or going out for brekkie. Thank you Irene!

We loved the apartment! It was so cosy and homely. Deb was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring Hobart and the Huon Valley.

To say my time at Gabi's Airbnb was exceptional would be an understatement. Her studio was perfect for a 6-week sabbatical - and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to do a long (or short) term stay. Gabi and her family were extremely gracious, responsive, helpful, and hospitable. The space was clean, private, and exactly as described on the listing. Hope I can return again in the future!

Beautiful peaceful location. Very much a nature feel. Anja was very nice, helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. Our daughter loved feeding the chooks and walking the pet dogs which Anja kindly allowed us to take for a nature hike. Excellent location, very close to the city. We are very happy to have chosen this accommodation and can highly recommend it.

The Studio was a great base while visiting Hobart. Comfortable walk to Salamanca and the CBD, in addition to no more than 15 mins walk to Sandy Bay’s bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing!! So beautifuly decorated with many personal touches and delicious home-made treats. Everything about it is spot on and in a beautiful, tranquil, country setting. Hosts are super friendly - we enjoyed our chats & walks through the gardens. Can highly recommend it... we hope to be back!

Jenny and Tony were great hosts. The studio apartment was perfect for my needs as I was visiting my elderly mother who was staying close by at Guildford Young Grove. The apartment was comfortable, warm and friendly hosts. Plus The Hill Street Grocer is just down the road. The breakfast and parking were an added bonus.

Great View. Well appointed. The hosts were very friendly and left ample food and snacks which was super helpful when arriving from out of town. They even left a bottle of wine. Perfect.

What a beautiful part of the world and calming green space! Our stay began with a warm welcome from Barbara & Peter. The place was immaculately clean with everything we needed and the homemade bread was a yummy addition. So please we spent a few nights at 'A Room With a View', just wish it was longer. Was a great launching pad to explore Huon Valley. Thank you both for a wonderful stay xx

Bee’s guest suite is a real delight - comfortable and cosy with so many thoughtful touches and delicious cake on arrival. Situated right on a beautiful piece of the coast, there are lovely walks and spectacular beaches within a short drive and it’s only an hour from Hobart - what could be better?

Donna's place was beyond amazing! Me and my partner still cant get over our Tassie trip and one of the highlights is being able to experience staying at Donna's home ❤️ On top of that, April was so lovely. Thank you Donna for sharing not just your home but your love for Tassie and all your experience living in it. We can't wait to go back!!!

Donna is a great host! The accommodation is superb, the views over the Derwent estuary just beautiful. Donna was available to chat to, and yet we had plenty of privacy. Highly recommended.

Mark is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming — he provided helpful information and great local recommendations. It truly felt like staying at a home.
