David was an amazingl host. very responsive at any time. and would go out of his way to offer solutions. the house is strategically located to so many fun activities like go kart, wild waters and nguuni sanctuary. can't recommend the place enough

Great spot in the heart of Mombasa, easy access to the beach with a lovely pool. The house itself has everything you need, soft sheets and fans that keep the room cool.

The host was fantastic! Even though l arrived late, the host stayed up to make sure l arrived safely. Everything in the apartment was excellent. l love that the host went above and beyond and provided shower slippers, extra towels, bathing soap, and laundry detergent. Con: l think the pin in the advertisement is incorrect, which led me to the wrong area the first time heading to the location.

Even in very mixed weather, we had a great stay in Cecilias house. What we love is the style of the house, the pool, and that its right on the beach. The maid Rosie is very attentive as well as Cecilia who is very flexible and communicative. Looking forward to return:)

Great location with easy access to local shopping and resorts. A very responsive host with prompt action taken when we had hot water issue. The cleaner was very professional and provided service with a smile. Good security and helpful staff at the reception. Definitely was a home away from home.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! This stay was truly unforgettable. The view of the ocean is absolutely breathtaking - something really special that made every moment feel like a dream, and the breeze…. oh the breeze was so refreshing! Waking up to the view from inside the rooms and the balcony was pure magic. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and they were incredibly kind. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend this place if you are going to the coast!!

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay with family of 5. The owner responded quickly, send us very detailed information of all you need to know and arranged pick up at Mombasa airport. The staff is very friendly, helpful and at the same time gives you privacy. Reuben the chef provided us splendid meals, we especially enjoyed all the fresh seafood!Recommended is to do shopping before arrival because bigger supermarkets are 40 minutes drive away. Fruits, vegetables, water, fish, soda’s are easy to get in the village but for more luxurious groceries you have to go to the bigger supermarkets. You can book the pick up from the airport with a shopping stop in Nyali. Neen Tree is a lovely family house with marvellous view and direct access to the ocean. A friendly monkey family lives on the property and are fun to watch. Besides the pool we loved going snorkelling on the rif using the equipment from the house. For transport we used Tsuma with a comfortable 7 seater which we used for a Kilifi trip.

Home from home! A beautiful spot - gorgeous gardens, a fabulous swimming pool and a lovely home with lots of space to spread out and relax. Tess is the host with the most. From the initial booking information until our departure, Tess made sure we had everything we needed and more. She had great recommendations for the local area and was keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really can’t rate her enough. The team of staff led by Daniel, the chef, were also amazing. Daniel’s cooking was suburb- our evening meals were restaurant standard. We particularly enjoyed the locally caught seafood. All in all, an amazing stay in a gorgeous spot!

This was my second time staying at this villa, and it was just as amazing as the first—if not better! I came with a group of friends for my bachelorette trip (first time for most of them), and the experience was unforgettable. The staff truly made our stay special. William, the chef, was incredible—he made sure we were always well-fed, worked around our timings, and even helped with our daily shopping needs. Mercy and Tatu kept the villa spotless and were so sweet, even making us some chips one afternoon when we had a craving! Vincent ensured the pool was always clean and helped out with anything we needed. Our hosts, Philippe and Soltana, were so accommodating and warm. Even though the villa is for 8 and we were 9, they helped us with extra arrangements and were genuinely excited for our girls trip. They checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this villa if you’re looking for a relaxing, well-catered, and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely house, great pool, attentive but unobtrusive staff including a great chef. You need some reliable Tuk Tuk drivers to get to the beach and other places but you wouldn’t get a place of this quality/price by the beach. Both our families had an incredible stay at Watamu.

I love this bnb! this was my 2nd stay and won't be the last. whenever am traveling to mombasa this is my go to spot. the bnb is beautiful the decor is kool unique and stylish . the seller is the view!! it's what really draws me there each time. loaded with amenities pretty much everything you can think of is there. very comfortable sofa seating and bed. I literally have no complaints the only thing that could make it better is if it was in a more happening area but it's easy to get around with ubers. the host is amazing she always gets back to me with any concerns and rectified them. she definitely takes wanting us to have a good experience serious. pro tip . there is a store nearby on called food plus where you can get cases of water, snacks and even food stuff for cooking. the big thing is there is also a pharmacy and atm in that same Plaza. good to know because there is not an atm at the premises where you'll stay. cash is king.

We had an excellent and restful stay at Claudio's! The photos do not do this listing justice - it is a very beautiful and thoughtfully designed space. The surrounding environment is very tranquil and just what we needed for our trip to Malinidi. The hospitalily of Henry is unmatched and he made checking in and checking out very seamless. I highlighly recommend Claudio's place. We will be visiting again!

Susan’s place is a true gem. The beds were comfortable, always hot water and power, well equipped kitchen and a gorgeous pool and patio. Even niceties I dint expect like security cameras, house cleaning and a quality washing machine. You have all you need to live there autonomously. Next door is a great pizza place w vegan pizza and cocktails! Notes for families: the beach that is directly outside of Susan’s compound is not family friendly nor good for swimming (trash and khat chewers). But the cleaner swim able beach is just a 8 min Tuk Tuk ride away. Worth the distance to have such a gorgeous condo! The pool was shallow enough for my 5 yo to stand w her head above water but a short child or a younger child couldn’t stand. There is no “kiddie pool”

I had the pleasure of staying at Abdirahman's beautiful accommodation in Mombasa, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The space is stunningly decorated, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Mombasa. In fact, Abdirahman's place will always be my first choice for accommodation on Airbnb. His warm welcome and exceptional service make it a standout. Don't hesitate to book - you won't regret it! 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

The house looks exactly like it does in the photos—no surprises, no disappointments. The view is stunning, and there’s a large shared pool that’s perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean, and Silvia was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. The location is unbeatable—it’s right on the beach, just a couple of steps away. Unfortunately, we visited during the low season, so we ended up going to Garoda Beach to swim. Still, I’m sure that during the high season, you can fully enjoy the beautiful beach right in front of the house. Overall, we had a great experience. If there’s one thing I would suggest improving, it’s the interior design. Replacing the bedsheets on the couches with proper covers would make the space feel much more polished—and truly deserving of more than 5 stars.

Notre séjour chez Franca s’est très bien passé. Nous avons bien été reçues, et les aides de maison étaient très serviable. Cadre paradisiaque, le jardin et ses nombreuses piscines sont parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille ! Accès à la plage. Proximité avec les restaurants et les magasins. Je recommande !

I had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! The home was spotless and well-maintained, with a beautiful view that made our mornings especially enjoyable. The location was excellent—convenient, peaceful, and close to everything we needed. Brian was a very responsive and helpful host, always quick to reply and make sure we were comfortable. A special thanks as well to the lovely lady who assisted with cleaning—she was kind, professional, and added to the overall positive experience. The amenities were great and everything was just as described. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Looking forward to stay with you again...
