Holiday rentals with a patio in Kiama Downs

Absolutely beautiful place. Everything you could think of has been put in here. All the bedding, towels and amenities are of the highest quality. The location is perfect for a walk to the shops, restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend starting your day with a sunrise coffee on the balcony followed by a swim in the rock pool or breakfast at Native on the corner.

Maria's Little Gem is just that, a little gem. Everything you could want for a quiet overnight or a long stay. It's a short distance from Bowral CBD which is nice to have the quiet :)

Such a cosy stay! The gas heater warms the place up so well and you don’t even know you are living at the back of someone’s house. Bed is really comfortable and the bath is a welcoming addition after a day at the beach. Kathy & Rod were really flexible with check out times and lots of little surprises were left on arrival for us. A lovely place to stay in Kiama.

Fantastic stay at Seaside Escape, Kiama! The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax both indoors and out. We loved the convenient location (close to shops, cafes, and the beach) and the secure parking and easy self check-in were a bonus. Hana was a great host with clear communication throughout. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We were there my sons football tournament which was literally just over 5 minutes down the road super convenient an close to the shops aswell. We had a wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations. The house was incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for our family, and the bonus of having two kitchens made everything so much easier when catering for a big group. The outdoor play area was a huge hit with the kids – plenty of space for them to run around and stay entertained. The fire pit was another highlight, perfect for relaxing in the cool evening and enjoying quality time together. One night simply wasn’t enough—we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly, comfortable, and well-equipped getaway!

What a beautiful place to catch up with my grandchildren and daughter. Relaxed and the horses,dogs and other animals were a great hit. Becky has a wonderful space where we felt she had gone that extra bit to make our stay a memorable and wonderful evening.

Sofia was amazing, extremely accommodating and helpful. The house was beautiful and everything provided has been well thought out. Including the lovely cheese platter left for us, and the super thoughtful extra of the Easter bunny and eggs which my daughter loved. Highly recommend Sofia and Hayden's place if you are staying in Kiama. This was our first AirBNB experience and we have been truly spoilt.

Rick was very friendly and proactive. Loved the place so much as it was perfect for our friends and kids. the view from the place was perfect and there was a playground nearby for the kids to explore. Rick also very kindly provided 2 booster seats for our kids during mealtime. Would highly recommend the place and if theres another chance that we travelled to this area we would love to stay here again.

Mio’s place was perfect for our 3 day weekend in Wollongong. Very clean and well equipped and stocked with everything we needed (including chocolates and drinks), good wifi and central location. Easy check in and out, good value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Xiao and Tim were wonderful hosts, warm, friendly, and welcoming. Their home was spotless, and the room was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly air-conditioned—just what we needed during the hot weather. The patio was a lovely spot to relax, and for fellow dog lovers, cuddles with their adorable pups, Lotus and Phoenix, were an added treat (at your discretion). The complex also offered fantastic amenities, including a beautiful outdoor heated pool and a well-equipped gym. The location is also excellent! Right on the harbour and a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stunning beaches. A fantastic stay—I highly recommend it!

It’s a simple 1960s or 70s flatblock. But Jack has set it up really well. Light, clean, feels really good. Nice little things like coffee machine and nice toiletries. Close to the action. Good place to stay.

The Coastal Rainforest Retreat was the perfect stay, and just what we were looking for. A quick drive to restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend!!
