Holiday rentals with beach access in Kiama

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful recommendations and making sure I felt at home. The location was perfect: close to everything, yet quiet enough for a restful night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Anna's place was lovely. Great view. A little surprised about being so close to the train line, but the noise was minimal and it didn't bother me. Location was great in terms of getting around.

I had a lovely stay at Liane and John’s studio. Beautifully furnished, with lots of attention to detail. Lovely to be able to walk straight to the beach and long walkway along this coastal strip.

Gary provided a lovely little place that I found very convenient for visiting the Sea Cliff Bridge and the cliffside pubs in Scarborough and Clifton. It's got a great outlook of the sea horizon, and was free of suburban noise so that I could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in a soft, warm bed. I only breakfasted at the accommodation, but the kitchen was well appointed, as were the other facilities. The internet was spot on. Gary was exceedingly helpful and communicative, and I can certainly recommend this listing for solo travellers such as myself looking to spend some time in relative luxury away from Wollongong. The bus north is right across the road, and the stops heading south are within easy enough walk, too.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kiama Beachside Apartment. The location could not be better – literally steps from the sand, with a handy side gate providing direct access to both the adjacent park and the beach. Waking up to the sounds of the waves and taking in the spectacular ocean views from the balcony made for a truly relaxing escape. The apartment itself is full of charm and capturing that classic, laidback beach vibe with light, bright interiors and thoughtful touches. Everything was clean and beautifully presented, the kitchen was well-equipped, and having laundry facilities was a real plus for our longer stay. Jenny was a fantastic host – always quick to respond and very friendly, making us feel right at home from booking to checkout. All the best parts of Kiama are within walking distance: other beaches, the blowhole, great cafes, and the town centre. We loved being able to stroll everywhere.

This charming apartment is nestled in a tranquil corner, offering a serene retreat just a short stroll from the beach—perfect for morning walks. The kitchen is a delightful space to prepare meals, and the cozy balcony provides a peaceful spot to unwind. While the absence of an elevator means climbing seven flights of stairs, the proximity to local shops and restaurants adds to the convenience. Parking in the garage is a bit snug, but the overall experience is well worth it.

Jack’s apartment was perfect for our stay in Wollongong. The facilities were clean, comfortable and homey. Lots of extras were provided which made us feel quite welcome. An easy walk into town from the apartment. 😊

The grandkids were not only allowed but welcomed in that there were toys and beach stuff there for them. We didn't need to take the portable cot as one was provided which was better and bigger than the portable one so made more room in the car. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect. Directly opposite a playground and the beach both of which we spent loads of time at. Found our new favourite picnic spot nearby, but the location will just have to be our secret. It was a very relaxing special place to be with our son and his family. Fluer also allowed our other son and his partner to visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage! The hosts were wonderfully flexible and quick to respond, making check-in and out a breeze. The cottage was beautifully decorated, with a very comfy bed, a fully stocked kitchen, and a fenced yard perfect for our dog. Best of all, it’s walking distance to shops and the beach. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous sea cottage overlooking the cliff. So well designed and decorated with curated eyes in both art collection and furnishings. Private and quiet even though there’s a house directly behind sea cottage. Perfect for a writer and artist as I got so much done with the sea as inspiration. Cockatoos came and visited me everyday. 1st day just by himself, day 2 he brought his partner, on day 3 he invited 8 more of his friends so the 9 of them welcome me with fanfare!

My husband and I had a lovely 6 night stay at Anita's place. It was a great place to unwind and good base for getting out and about enjoying the beaches and numerous coastal walks from Stawell Tops down to Kiama. The location is close to the beach so easy for a quick morning or afternoon swim down at the pool. The studio was very beautifully decorated and well equiped with everything you could need for a week away. Having the outdoor seating area was a great place to enjoy a cuppa and read books in the sun. We would highly recommend Anita's place.

This house is absolutely stunning, you will not want to leave. The view is spectacular, the inside was cosy and spacious, it looked like it was straight out of a magazine and perfect for a weekend to hang with friends. We will be back because we loved it so much! Thanks for being great hosts! We were lucky enough to get an early check-in and late check-out, which we appreciated greatly!

Amazing place! 10 min from Jervis bay beaches in a quiet and peaceful area. View on Santuary point lake was the best with direct access to the walk all around the lake. Place was very clean and nicely decorated, freshly new and modern, all equipped! Thomas was very helpful and responsive when we needed.

Loved staying in this home. I think this might be the most beautiful homes we've stayed in via AirBNB. Hosts were gracious and friendly. Will book this again next time we are in the Kiama area.

A very roomy, neat, tidy and well furnished unit Exactly what we were looking for with easy access to local shops/pub.

Great Beach side location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Lee provided a mini fridge full of snacks and drinks which served as breakfast. it's a shame we only stayed one night, his place would've been perfect for a multi night getaway from the busy Sydney life.

Xiao and Tim were wonderful hosts, warm, friendly, and welcoming. Their home was spotless, and the room was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly air-conditioned—just what we needed during the hot weather. The patio was a lovely spot to relax, and for fellow dog lovers, cuddles with their adorable pups, Lotus and Phoenix, were an added treat (at your discretion). The complex also offered fantastic amenities, including a beautiful outdoor heated pool and a well-equipped gym. The location is also excellent! Right on the harbour and a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stunning beaches. A fantastic stay—I highly recommend it!

Fabulous property in a great location - surrounded by cafes, restaurants and the onsite parking is a great bonus for when wanting to drive beyond walkable surrounds. The positive experience with the host contributed to our overall enjoyment of the stay. I can happily say she lives up the reputation of previous reviews!! Highly recommend.

The Coastal Rainforest Retreat was the perfect stay, and just what we were looking for. A quick drive to restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend!!
