The historic House was built in 1870, in the most picturesque place of Tsihisjiri, next to the Castello Mare complex. The whole ground floor is for rent, the entrance is separate, the ceiling height is 3.8 m. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard with a gazebo. very cozy, clean and good house for family as well as for friendship. if you want to make yourself at home and stay in all the comforts of home, we recommend this apartment. The house has a yard where you can put your car, which is very comfortable. As for the landlord, it's very warm and attentive, always ready to help. Очень уютный, чистый и хороший дом, как для семьи, так и для друзей. Если вы хотите чувствовать себя как дома и иметь все удобства, я определенно рекоменено рекомендую эту эту квартиру. У дома есть двор, где вы можете припарковать свою машину, что очень удобно. Что касается хозяина, он очень теплый и внимательный, всегда готов вам помочь. Very cozy, clean and nice house, both for family and friends. If you want to feel at home and have all the amenities, I definitely recommend this apartment. The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

A very nice apartment in the center of Kobuleti, easy to reach by a 20 minutes walk from the local train station, and close to the beach. The service of Bachana and his sister was very helpful and friendly including fast answers. I can highly recommend the apartment.

We chose between an apartment in the city and this cozy cabin. And we never regretted that we chose it. Lovely helpful hosts( Elsa, Amiran, grandmother Anya and Karina and the girl and, of course, Soso), a great house with all the amenities and your own courtyard where you can have breakfast, lunch and just enjoy nature. You can buy steam milk. Nearby shops, fruit shops, pita bread. The sea is 20 minutes away by foot. The Kintrishi River flows within a 5-minute walk - you can also swim in it if the sea is tired. The evaluation criterion for us is - would we come back here again? Would definitely come back. And we recommend it to everyone.

We can only recommend the house! Clean, everything you need is available and great views of Batumi. We regret that we did not stay longer. Communication with Mariam was very good! Her father picked us up downstairs in the village and drove us in his car, which we greatly appreciated! We were able to park our car safely in front of the house!
