Condo holiday rentals in Khlong Sathon

This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

A great experience Nuttama's accommodation! Central yet quiet. Very good bed, I slept really well. The bright, sparkling clean bathroom is huge and has good shelves everywhere for everything you need in terms of cosmetics. The panoramic view of the city is really magnificent and especially in the evening when everything is lit up, you can't get enough of it!!! The gym is superbly equipped and very well maintained, and after training you can cool off in the pool with long swimming lanes. When you return in the evening full of experiences from the lively Bangkok, you are greeted by a friendly receptionist and soothing music in the elevator - you relax immediately. Check-in was super easy, comfortable and straightforward. Nuttama is always available. The 7/11 in the immediate vicinity is also great, where you can get everything. And on the main street to the left, just a few metres away, there are numerous food stalls, fresh fruit, coffee. Thank you Nuttama, I'll be back!

We felt like at home at ERn’s place and the surrounding area of the condominium is very vivid and also quiet if you feel like a rest in the busy city.

Located in a clean high rise building, this is a great place to stay with a side view of the river. Instructions are clear and the room is very clean with accessibility into the city being relatively easy with grab. One thing one should take into consideration, esp. those who are seeking long-term wfh, is the slower and inconsistent internet. As long as one is aware of that, it is a great overall value. Thanks!

The host was super responsive and hospitable. They even got someone to send us new soaps and all as they were afraid that the old one has been used up. Very safe neighbourhood and less than 5 min walk to BTS. 1 min walk away is a grilled bbq place that is nice. House was super comfortable and clean till the extent on some days i just want to stay in and sleep! Highly recommended for all to stay here. Very very good place 👍🏼

Very nice place in a quiet area. There are also really good restaurants near by. We recommend the soufflé restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Definitely recommend:)

My wife and I loved it. A good place, the only thing that bothered me was the lack of cutlery, otherwise everything was fine. Your place is worth it!

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Great location, less than 5 minutes to the BTS. There are lots of hotels within the area so ensure your driver stops at the Trinity Complex, not at Trinity Silom. Great skyline day and night time view.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Benny was attentive, helpful, and kind—regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with so many great local food options just steps away, and being right next to the BTS made getting around the city super convenient. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Super loved our 6 day stay at JJ Suites! The unit was way more spacious than we expected. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Big plus for the complimentary box too! The location couldn’t be more perfect, it was super convenient! No regrets.

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

Great communication from Cat and Shushi and such a comfortable apartment with all you need. Easy to get around with the sky train and the hop on hop off boat was so great to get around on the river. The pool was nice to swim in after a day of sightseeing.

The apartment was awesome, clean spacious and comfortable, some minor damage to the walls and the apartment complex as a whole, but that doesn’t dampen the experience, a few extra cooking utensils and pans would make things easier and quicker, overall a beautiful apartment and very enjoyable stay

I was in Pirada's apartment for a good week. And was completely satisfied. The location was great. Only 8 minutes' walk from Sathorn Pier. From there, you could either use the train or take the ferry to all the important sights for little money. ATM, 7 Eleven and plenty of restaurants and street food shops were just around the corner. The apartment was clean and spacious for up to 2 people. It is in a quiet area, so there was a pleasant silence at night. Communication with Pirada was flawless and she also answered questions quickly and gave plenty of tips. I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

The place matched with pictures and was squeaky clean. Easy to check in and check out. The only thing was there was no microwave in the unit and only two pillows per bed. Other than that it was perfect stay. Loved the pool. Convenient to move around via BTS. They provide shuttle service to BTS. The only problem with the location is not many restaurants nearby.
