This is my second time staying at Chaouki's place, and again everything was perfect! This new studio is simply exceptional: very luxurious, decorated with a refined taste and with many amenities that make the stay as pleasant as possible. Ideally located in the center of Rabat, close to the Agdal TGV station, it offers splendid views from the terrace, with a panorama of the sea, the train station and the Hassan tower. Chaouki is an exemplary host: always available, attentive and concerned about the comfort of his guests. Thank you very much for your warm welcome. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Decided to extend our stay due to location to restaurants and mosque. Yassine was very attentive and made sure we were all set prior to check in. They have elevators which I really appreciate because most airbnbs I’ve stayed at don’t and have struggled with luggage.

Hajar is a very welcoming and caring host. The space was clean, comfortable, and as described. I recommend it without hesitating!

Impeccable accommodation. Great comfort and exceptional equipment rate. Everything you need for the accommodation, kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, dishes, etc.. is there. Everything has been thoughtfully thought out. The neighborhood offers local shops, catering, fishmongers, butchers. the tram for 0.6 euro will take you to the main neighborhoods of Rabat. The Medina and Downtown are within a 10-minute walk. The beautiful Bouregreg River is a quarter of an hour away and the along will take you to the historic Oudayas and the beach for a dip. The Hassan Tower and the Royal Mausoleum are very close. Mr. Abdeslam is very warm, available and anxious to preserve the tranquility and peace of his accommodation. Noisters , nookers, and nighttime partyers refrain. I would recommend this exceptional apartment and will definitely return to it on my next visit to this city.

Beautiful place with a bird 's-eye view of the ocean. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of waves! The apartment is functional and spacious. Mehdi is very nice.

I had a fantastic stay at Husam and Sophia’s place. The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location. Communication was quick and helpful from the beginning, and check-in was seamless. The extra touches like fresh towels, local snacks, and travel tips made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Very good stay at this place where everything is available... Tranquility assured, multitudes of activities and the plus go to the beach on foot, not to mention the pool... Rachid is a very friendly and accommodating host. The accommodation is atypical and charming. The terrace offers panoramic views of the river, the Kasba des oudayas and the medina. The location is exceptional!! We highly recommend Rachid's charming house.

A big thank you for a really enjoyable stay. I felt like I was welcomed at my mom's place – in the best sense of the word: with kindness, listening, and rare attention. Always good advice, always attentive, until you get up at 5am to prepare breakfast for me before I leave at the airport… (something I refused as a courtesy) Honestly, hospitality as you see little. It just makes you want to come back. Thanks again!

Our first visit to a Riad in Rabat and we really liked this location at the Oudayas. It was next to the Cornish, Rabat Medina, taxis, and beach. The staff were attentive to our needs. An amazing view!

Youssef is a great host, kind, courteous, available and accommodating. He cares about the well-being of his hosts. He gave a lot of suggestions and was very helpful. He responds quickly. The place is big, beautiful, very clean. There are 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The bed is comfortable. Great location. Walking distance from the train station, Medina and if you walk a little, just about everything is on foot: we didn't even need taxis. We recommend it unreservedly.

Very quiet apartment on the 6th very well located in front of the new TGV station, magnificent view from the terrace . We recommend the small Moodoo restaurant on the corner from the train station, which makes great little dishes as well as the Russian restaurant and another Turkish next to a Carrefour Market

Asmaa has a very nice apartment on the ground floor and check in was easy with a PIN code. We had a little trouble finding the address from the written address, but the direct link the host sent us helped us. Communication with hostess was quick and efficient. The apartment is spacious and clean and it has a full kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, blender, washing machine and the like. Everything worked out fine for us. Can only recommend.

Conveniently located with magnificent ocean views from the garden. Big spaces. Hicham and Mr. Mamoun are very kind and responsive people. Thank you for hosting us. They did us a favor! Too bad the hot tub wasn't working, it would have been perfect. We recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

This is not my first time staying with mama Fatima it is a pearl and the apartment is always perfect and there are towels etc.

Perfect stay

we had an amazing time with the whole family, the appartment was really well equipped and just in front of the swimming pool. Adults and children had a blast. The compound is very secure and we were surrounded by really nice families. The location is just unique, while it wad scorching hot everywhere we had such a breezy month, very helpful when you have heat and sun allergies like my little one and I have. Hicham had been exceptional, from start to finish, he helped with any inquiry and made sure we had everything we needed, thank you so much in behalf of the whole family!
