The capacity of the bedrooms is 8 guests (there are an additional 4 sleeping places in the attic, but access is less convenient via an electric staircase). The house offers privacy, free parking, a fully equipped kitchen, a children's play area and a fenced garden with a winter terrace. It's the perfect place for total relaxation. It is located just 10 km from the ski resort in Tatranská Lomnica.

The cottage is located in a mountain clearing, fully equipped, The cottage is 35 square meters in size and has everything you need for normal functioning. You have a unique opportunity to spend pleasant moments in a burgher house from 1788 in the historical center of Kežmarok. It was declared a national cultural monument in 1981. The passage terraced house is located in the northeastern part of Kostolné námestie 38 in the Municipal Monument Reserve. The quiet neighborhood offers many sights, as well as pleasant cafes and restaurants. Everything is available within a few minutes.
