Holiday rentals with a patio in Key Biscayne

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

This Airbnb made for a beautiful getaway! The included covered parking was super helpful and the hotel pool/hot tub were lovely. The linens were clean and extremely comfortable and the space was clean and inviting. The room was on the 15th floor, which allowed for nice views. With the large bathroom and balcony, the room felt spacious. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place! Highly recommend. They were very responsive and provided new batteries especially when the tv remotes were dead.

Joshua's airbnb was an absolute gem. Clean, bed was very comfortable and in a fantastic location. (close to the beach) Walking distance to many restaurants, publix, Walgreens, etc. Joshua was a superb host. When ever I had questions he was quick to respond. Our stay was phenomenal. I was celebrating my birthday and Joshua had the place beautifully decorated. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Peaceful retreat in the middle of Brickell! All you can breathe at this place is peace. The building has a “corner store” on the first floor and a Publix and Target a block away. This place is also next to I95 which makes it extremely easy to come in and out without the hazard of driving to downtown Miami. John made our stay even more special with his proactiveness and easy check in process.

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!

Even before booking, Arthur was very helpful answering questions and was extremely quick to reply. Check in, and out, was simple. The unit was beautiful and accurately reflected in the photos. One of the things that drew us to the property was the beach, including access to the residence/hotel’s beach attendants, offering chairs, umbrellas, towels and ice cold water. This did not disappoint. Although this was only a short stay, we would love to return to Arthur’s place for our next Ft Lauderdale vacation.

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

This property was exactly as described. I am a local so the location was perfect and there was ample room for my large family. I must mention the communication, which was nearly instant no matter the time. Alvaro is a terrific host!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was so quiet and peaceful and on a lovely street. It was located very close to everything we had planned during our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed and Santiago was very quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon.

Airbnb was exactly as listed. Daniel was very responsive. Check-in instructions were clear. The pool was clean as well as the tennis court. The rooms were spacious and all the bathrooms were clean with adequate linen/necessities.

William and Christina were friendly, prompt and courteous. They were very helpful everytime we had questions and had extremely detailed check in instructions. The place itself was cozy and very well kept. the exterior was great with coconut trees, lime trees, the beautiful views of the lake and the wonderful pool we used to cool off in the evenings. The house itself was very well stocked, kitchen had everything you could need and they had tons of towels! I definitely reccomend staying here and if we're in the area again will definitely be looking to book here again.

Staying at this home in Miami was hands down the best decision we made. The house is spotless, spacious, super comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and that made all the difference in our stay. Now, let’s talk about Glen – what an amazing host! From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always available for anything we needed. She truly cares about her guests, and you can feel it in every interaction. Glen went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us – and it truly was! We 100% recommend this place. There’s no better option in Miami! My family and I stayed at this wonderful house for several days to celebrate my wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the house impressed us: it was impeccably clean and in excellent condition. You can tell it's a new property, and the spaces are spacious and comfortable, perfect for enjoying family time. Mariana, the host, was amazing. She was always attentive to our needs and ready to help with anything we required. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more special. I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

The place was great for few days vacation . Anita responded within few minutes if you had any questions. It was quiet during the night . Very close to the beach .

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Our stay felt right at home ! Definitely look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Miami !

BOOK THIS STAY !!! Absolutely loved this place!!!! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon! The only thing that I would say is me and my partner fell in the shower lol there was nothing to hold onto and the first aid kit that was under the sink didn’t have what we needed for the injuries other than that the location was perfect close to a lot of restaurants, next time I would love to stay here again we also loved the pool bar! And the jacuzzi. Thank you soo much for making my birthday special! 10/10!!!!

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!
