Our house sits right on Lake Superior, atop a lava rock cliff, on the "Gold Coast" of Eagle Harbor. Mt. Bohemia & Copper Harbor 20 minute drives away, sand beach & restaurant 5 minute walk. The living room & kitchen have a breathtaking view of the lake that includes the harbor. There are two full-sized bedrooms, one with king bed & one with queen, each of which have lots of closet space. There is also a smaller room with bunk bed. Central heat. Good wifi. Kayaks & canoe. 2 vehicle parking limit

Fog Signal House at Sand Hills

An actually unforgettable stay We booked the Fog Signal House for our 10-year wedding annivesary. Here’s why it ended up being one of the best decisions we’ve made all year: * The space itself was so thoughtful and lovely. We enjoyed making meals in the open layout while listening to audiobooks, chatting around the fireplace, and hearing the gentle roar of waves from cracked windows. * The property is expansive. It was black fly season, so we didn’t really venture into the woods, but the shoreline stretches in both directions and is really walkable. And the rock formations are so varied and interesting! * The house is so thoughtfully appointed. Everything you knew you needed, and plenty of things that ended up being really great — fire starters, first aid kits, extra bug spray. * The privacy alone lives up to the hype. So quiet and peaceful, and no neighbors. It was such a restful experience in this way. Other random things we loved: * Peeking into a few of the other buildings

This home fit our family of 4 perfectly. it was clean and had all the supplies we needed (which is saying a lot as we cooked our own dinners and breakfasts! ) The beds were very comfortable and extra blankets were available. Easy to find on a quiet street just blocks away from downtown. The sauna was fun to use with thorough directions. We will definitely stay here again.

This was first time using an Air BnB, and was quite impressed. Our stay went exactly how we planned it. The owner had good communication throughout the process. The driveway was even cleared of snow that day, which says a lot. The lake house was clean, well kept, and obvious that the owner put a lot of time and money into the home. (I am a residential contractor and know good work when I see it). I will almost indefinitely use this place again. Clean, well kept, and had every amenity that one could ask for in the Upper Peninsula, MIchigan. Highly recommended for future guests.

Title: Perfect Spot: Amazing View Philip’s Northshore Cottage was the perfect place for our extended family to celebrate our son’s MTU graduation. With five bedrooms, large living area with plenty of seating, and a fully stocked kitchen, the 8 of us were able to enjoy both family and private time. We enjoyed walking the beach, especially at night seeking Yopperlites. The sauna was a great way to warm up after a couple of hour out in the cool air. The master suite was elegant with amazing sheets and the entire house exceeded our needs and expectations.
